Hi, Users from either market have always been able to use both Sacramento and SFO market- You just needed to power cycle your phone in the new market. Now, it's a seamless transfer.

It's actually a facelift on the Kyocera Rave, carried by metroPCS and Virgin Mobile. This is a more rugged, durable version, built to be tossed in backpacks and dropped poolside. Age range- 14-25?

This phone will likely be carried by all the major CDMA carriers. No one will be awarded an exclusive on this handset.
