Sure. There are a close to a dozen options. (I use the smaller analog one). Hold and remove the stock one there now. Then hit + sign on home screen and go to Android Widgets. Pick 'clock' then scroll through the list there. Note if you don't want a label beneath the clock you choose you must delete that using the context menu key. Good luck.

You are over (under?) thinking this. It's necessary because the Apple/ATT agreement you agree to SAYS it is. Doesn't matter if you NEVER use any data. It's $30 a month. ATT is charging this because they are now subsidizing the cost of the phone. Same reason you now pay separately for texting. ATT recouping revenue. This is simple.

The updates should be OTA or by USB connection. Any other ideas besides the updates. MY REPLY (which you fail to fathom) It's NOT. What makes you think otherwise?

I read an awful lot here about BT headsets and all the problems people have. I've never used a BT headset (I've had a LOT of experience with BT proper over the years with PDAs and GPS) until last night. Last week I picked up the Moto H300 for $15 on Black Friday (retails at $50) and hooked it up last night. Used it today and it worked flawlessly for me. I could hear perfectly fine and ...

Aug 3, 2006, 7:06 AM
in the LG VX-5300 / UX-245 / AX-245 forum

I wasn't very clear. This is in the proper forum and my premise was does a 5300 work with BitPim and its '5200' setting. Answer is no but the file system can be used to transfer contacts, ringers, and images using 'other CDMA phone' setting. This is fine for me and I suspect the 5300 will be added by the BitPim folks to work natively in a few weeks.
