Yeah, I've had this phone for about 2 months and many features aren't working and the camera sucks! It's a great phone, but I'd really like a phone with a decent camera. Does anyone know if there is ANY way to exchange my phone for a different one? Maybe if I say the camera and BT are not working correctly? Please help!

I'll go into the store and ask if I can trade it in for the vx7000 since the v710 was recalled, like you said. Also, the bluetooth only works for headsets. Maybe they'll be nice about it and let me trade it in, and if not, I'll still get a phone with a fixed camera.

When I take a straight picture with the camera, the picture always comes out tilted. My parents a610 takes better pictures than this phone!! The only reason I got the v710 is because the verizon rep said that it beats the vx7000, anyday. So there's NO way I can return it? Maybe if I say the camera is deffective, which it is?

I have the Motorola v710, and it's a great phone, but the camera sucks!! I bought it about 2 months ago, and want to trade it in for the vx7000, especially the new black one. Is there ANY way I can trade it in for a vx7000 even though I'm passed the 15 days? Also, does this phone have good call quality and does it have built in AIM? Thanks.

Yeah I also had this problem at first. Make sure that you charge your battery FULL. Because if you put the phone on the charger with 1 bar, for like 20 minutes, when you take the phone off the charger it will say full. But then the bars go down really fast. So you might not be charging it fully.
Leave it on the charger overnight, for atleast 3 hours, and when it's fully charged it should say "Charge Complete" ...

http://photobucket.com/albums/v439/npitlor/ Npitlor took those in niagra falls or something. The camera is bad in low light, but it takes pretty good pictures in sunlight. But you should just stick with the v710 anyway because it has so much more than just a camera. I asked the guys at Verizon and they said the v710 beats the vx7000 anyday. :D

Earpiece volume can be fixed in a firmware update. Make sure you have the camera set to high-res, it is preset to med-res. The video camera is good, for a phone. Since the phone came out not that long ago, there should be more GIN apps in the near future.
This is by far the best phone Verizon has to offer. This phone has much more features and looks better than any other phone out there, and the vx8000. Keep ...

Maybe when you swapped the phone, you got another returned phone. Cuz this phone has the best sound quality that i've heard. (It's just that the sound is low.) But i can live with it.

It seems that all small devices with bluetooth on, drains the battery faster. I i read somewhere, that bluetooth drains the battery 25% faster. :D

Yeah, i suggest gettin the transflash card and SD reader. Then you can easily transfer pics, ringtones, videos, and mp3s to and from your phone. :D

This phone is alot better with a WHOLE lot more of features. Try to put the pics on your PC to see how they really look. And make sure you have the phone on high-res. I'd stick with this phone. It's Verizon's best phone! :D

I thought there was a light sensor or somethin on the phone. I heard that if you go into a dark room and press a key the backlight doesn't go off cuz it senses that there is low light. You should try it, it might work. :D
