Hi Everyone, My parents have this phone. My father considers himself a real handy man, but he is more like Tim from Home Improvement. Well...he TRIED to change the face plate on his phone. He managed to break two little wires in the top part of the phone. Now the phone only works like a speaker phone. No, he didn't buy insurance one the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions for help him??? Thanks! :D

Hi Everyone, I have been reading about the V7 upgrade to the 8100 on this forum. I have version 4 on my phone now and everything is fine. For those of you who have had the upgrade, should I get it, or should I just continue with my version 4? I am just worried there will be problems if I do upgrade the software. Thanks, Amanda :D

Hi Guys! I just switched to Verizion in Jan. I really want a BT phone now. Are there any rumors out there when they may have it? I called their CS Dept and they refered me to this site. :-) Thanks!
