I feel ya. After a long call you basically just sit there after asking that dreadful question hoping they choke on something before being able to say Yes I do!!

Does anyone else have customer that when asked "Do you have any other questions today?" reply with "No" but then ask a question anyway. I have had this way too many times this week. :x

Eh, not all as bad as that. Where I am if you cannot assist the customer for example, they would rather you transfer them to someone who can. We USED to have internet but people could not stop playing games online while they were on the phones, used to have books too but same thing. :x

It really sounds like you work customer service for at&t. Everything you said just sounds so familiar.

I completely agree with this post. I cannot say I do not have a little bit of "Brand Loyalty" for T-Mobile. Reason being, I work for them and they put money in my pocket and they have treated me better as a customer than Verizon or Sprint. No I didn't forget at&t, i just used to work for them and I know what goes on and how they are told to treat customers. Regardless, I am not going to ...

If I were a sales rep I would be totally with you on this guys, I really would. The only problem is I work in a call center for T-Mobile but NOT in sales. I work in a department that basically fixes all the issues with orders and exchanges customers phones when the sales rep did a poor job figuring out what phone the really even wanted. Problem is, I don't think they will really have much need for ...

I am right there with you on that. I hope that Sprint does not buy out T-Mo. I will have to quit as well.

Who knows, its mostly because sprints OWNS all those companies but does not choose to title them all as sprint and merge them. I personally feel bad for their executives. Why would anyone want that type of workload managing that many companies.

The iPhone could be labeled with a warning that stated, "Warning, phone may overheat, drop calls, turn off, not receive data signal or explode." and these apple drones would STILL be first in line to get one all because of the logo on the back. The Galaxy S 4G is easily twice the phone the iPhone 4 is and they still don't sell nearly as fast.

Sprint Purchasing T-Mobile?

If they actually try to combine the companies they are not going to start making money for a couple of years. It would be a huge investment to try to transition all customer to either GSM or CDMA. Dual mode handsets would be a horrible idea. The only time I can see that as a good thing is when they are using Dual Mode for international use. Using both on your home calling network would be a major battery ...
