With the phone turned on remove the battery. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. That should cure your problem.

Yet another great idea, I would be on board to do the same. I care little about all the extra stuff, but I use Verizon phone both in the office and in the field. Having the original UI from Motorola would be priceless!

I could not agree more. This is a very well written message and should be forwarded to the CEO of Verizon. I to, have been a customer of Verizon since it was first offered in Iowa. That goes back to 1984. I have been a customer of Verizon in Minnesota. I too, have used all the other carriers and by a wide margin Verizon has been the best! In my opinion that is ...
Re: Reception
Had mine for four days. The reception is just great. The V3c will talk from places the E 815 and the 710 will not. It is head over heels better the the LG 7000, 8000 and 8100. No problem with reception at all. Just a dog gone great phone.
