Hi Guys, Ok I need some help and clarification. I am traveling out of the country in a few days - UK and the middle east. I wanted to take my phone and use the GSM capabilities and a third party SIM card. When I called Verizon customer service representative she told me that the only way I could do this was by purchasing their SIM card and then they would have to unlock my phone. But I would still ...

I did get another phone sent to me because I didn't want just a new battery. It still does not perform that well. I would tell you to exchange, but to what?? Of all the phones that they sell this is supposed to have the best battery life. If you find something, or find a solution to this pathetic battery let me know! By the way, I have not had any of the other problems you listed.

Well I never went to Europe to try out my GSM feature, but hope on doing that at some point. I went to the store and told them to give me a new phone. Same crap. Maybe get 3 hours of talk time(never 4). If you use bluetooth its even less. Very disappointed. One of the main reasons I got this phone was because of the long battery life specs on all the reviews. The store was like those ...

Well I got verizon to send me a new phone. Same garbage. Barely gets me 3 hours talk time!!! I am starting to dislike verizon phones with a passion. Why can't I get a phone that will last!?

You can place a call with it closed, just have to browse contacts (without using letters) or recent calls. I don't think you can dial a number and close it and talk. But you can dial it while open, close it - it hangs up; then you hit send again then talk with it closed. You can set it up to answer phone call to any button - so you can answer it without needing to open it.

So I got rid of the horrible original LG chocolate vx8500 - another LG phone with bad battery life. Was never able to use any of its features without the battery sucking to death. I got the Moto z6c mostly because all the specs said at least 4.5 hours of talk time. I have not been even close! After first charge I made 0 calls a few texts and the next day it was down to 1 bar. After ...

Does anybody know if there is a way to have the front LCD light turn off when the phone is plugged in and getting charged? I like my room dark when I sleep, and this puppy full bright is actually a lot of light. I figured for conservation sake like when its not plugged in that it would turn off, guess not?

Can't say I have that problem. Works just the same as other verizon phones at our house.
