Are you in my center?
Because we get the same things too. They are also putting workers in different departments even though they are not trained in said department. :paranoid:
Take it to the press
Seriously. Take it to your local news and keep yourself anon. Press should love this kind of thing.
About this...
I've heard it before, can you seriously get fired for talking about unionizing? On what grounds?
Re: Just had the STUPIDEST meeting ever
Is it even legal for them do to this? I mean, making it insanely hard to do your job, that's got to be cruel and unsual.
Re: Getting "Quality'd" and having them capture you writing on Phonescoop.
We're allowed to have it because of the phone info it gives. Dunno if we are allowed to post or not.
Why is it a pain in the butt just to mark a phone for lost/stolen?
I mean seriously, it used to be just two or three clicks, but now they changed it to universal which is a good idea, but it's a pain in the a$$ to put it on because of that stupid data error I have to figure out each time I do it, or disable each service seperately, and STILL get that data error.
Unless you guys know of an easier way of adding it?
Another one is the discount plan that adds ...
Re: Whoa
15-20 minutes between here at the moment.
wow
Oh wow.
"Sir, I'll be happy to stay on the line with you, but in the case I am injured during this event, I WILL be sueing you." D
Re: I don't but...
lol I've done THAT before. Used to work for a previous carrier then worked for another, and accidently used the previous opening a few times in the begining.
I don't but...
I do end up saying stuff like "I can definatly help you out with that!" "I'm sorry, could you repeat that?" "have a great day"
I normally did not say these things before working here.
Re: IKR!
Gods speed! Don't enter any weird holes you don't know!
Re: The worst thing THEY can say/do
me: "What country will you be going to?"
cust: "Washington"
Mon visage - /;|
and
"Why are the rates so high?"
"Well, THIS carrier has cheaper rates"
Re: To Sprint Care reps
Holy crap, that's not english at all!
Re: Types of call center employees
The ones that complain about stupid stuff. Yes, our jobs kind of suck, and there is alot to complain about, but I mean retarded stuff like:
-the desktop background of all the computer
-not having the U.S. and state flags outside our building
-not having that oh so perfect chair that is exactly like the rest of them.
-in addition to above, getting mad that your regular seat is taken. Yes, I know, we were promised we'd get our own seats in this ...
Only if
Nothing happens to my data and bill. Otherwise, this is me not giving a damn.
Customers say the darndest things....
I had a customer ask me at the end the call while in training,
C:"...You sound like a nice white girl."
M: "Aha, I'm not white..."
C: "Italian...?"
M: "Actually, I'm black..."
C: "Ha ha, really?!" 8O
M: "...yup.":paranoid:
I got a wee bit in trouble afterwards for talking about race over the phone. Aha, good ol' days of training.
Re: Oh My GAWD, These CUSTOMERS ARE UGHH
Nope, couldn't anyway since it is way over my credit limit. I gave his info to my sup who is going to give him a callback.
Yes
They're called bills. Also, chillax, this is just a venting thread.
Oh My GAWD, These CUSTOMERS ARE UGHH
I just had a guy that demanded to be credited over 3 years worth of Canada roaming because no one told him there was a reduced Canada roaming plan.
I asked him had he contacted us before regarding this, and he says that he shouldn't have to. I told him the information is on our website and if you ask (like he is doing now) we can add the service.
Then he said "It's late, tell your supervisor ...
Re: I say we boycott! POWER TO THE EMPLOYEE
...y-you guys have xbox? D:
Wait, you can rent a plant?
Re: I say we boycott! POWER TO THE EMPLOYEE
Pfft. What happened to them?
AT our old center there was blood on some of the chairs, the cubicals were falling apart, litterally, and there were never enough seats. You would have to wait till the next shift leaves to actually start working. (which usually was 30 minutes or so )
On a positive note, it's been a bit better (enviorment) since we moved, but I have a feeling that in a year or two it will be the same ...
I say we boycott! POWER TO THE EMPLOYEE
Not really, but seriously, certain carriers are expecting way too much from thier employees and then some. What happened to the whole Union thing? Was there ever one?
I honestly wish we could do something like boycott, do a sit in, etc but unfortuantly, we are easily replaced, and this is the only decent paying job (in our town anyway) that anyone can get into.
I'm going to make my OWN cellphone carrier! With Hookers!
And Blackjack!
On another note, there is ...
