I mean seriously, it used to be just two or three clicks, but now they changed it to universal which is a good idea, but it's a pain in the a$$ to put it on because of that stupid data error I have to figure out each time I do it, or disable each service seperately, and STILL get that data error. Unless you guys know of an easier way of adding it? Another one is the discount plan that adds ...

lol I've done THAT before. Used to work for a previous carrier then worked for another, and accidently used the previous opening a few times in the begining.

I do end up saying stuff like "I can definatly help you out with that!" "I'm sorry, could you repeat that?" "have a great day" I normally did not say these things before working here.

The ones that complain about stupid stuff. Yes, our jobs kind of suck, and there is alot to complain about, but I mean retarded stuff like: -the desktop background of all the computer -not having the U.S. and state flags outside our building -not having that oh so perfect chair that is exactly like the rest of them. -in addition to above, getting mad that your regular seat is taken. Yes, I know, we were promised we'd get our own seats in this ...

I had a customer ask me at the end the call while in training, C:"...You sound like a nice white girl." M: "Aha, I'm not white..." C: "Italian...?" M: "Actually, I'm black..." C: "Ha ha, really?!" 8O M: "...yup.":paranoid: I got a wee bit in trouble afterwards for talking about race over the phone. Aha, good ol' days of training.

I just had a guy that demanded to be credited over 3 years worth of Canada roaming because no one told him there was a reduced Canada roaming plan. I asked him had he contacted us before regarding this, and he says that he shouldn't have to. I told him the information is on our website and if you ask (like he is doing now) we can add the service. Then he said "It's late, tell your supervisor ...

Pfft. What happened to them? AT our old center there was blood on some of the chairs, the cubicals were falling apart, litterally, and there were never enough seats. You would have to wait till the next shift leaves to actually start working. (which usually was 30 minutes or so ) On a positive note, it's been a bit better (enviorment) since we moved, but I have a feeling that in a year or two it will be the same ...

Not really, but seriously, certain carriers are expecting way too much from thier employees and then some. What happened to the whole Union thing? Was there ever one? I honestly wish we could do something like boycott, do a sit in, etc but unfortuantly, we are easily replaced, and this is the only decent paying job (in our town anyway) that anyone can get into.
