I will follow this as well. I have a Galaxy S3 thats the processor is about toast. (my camera fails 5-6x daily). 24 months/2 years is along time with heavy use and no I dont want to pay extra for the EDGE program.

Verizon lost my returned phone
So what do I do...I returned two phones, via mail..One was sent in error and the other one was the defective phone. They were both sent in the same package.The warehouse only checked one in. Now Im being billed for the second phone. Verizon is giving me the run around. Every day when I call, the story changes...Who needs to be contacted for this. I get managers, customer relation for escalated calls, and who ever..no one seems to know ...

I bring to you a problem with Verizon Wireless. On December 9, 2011, my wife upgraded her cell phone. After that she had problems and had to get a replacement phone shipped out.The phone that was received was the incorrect model.They sent out a Thunderbolt. We called Verizon and they sent out the correct phone as a replacement. That was on Jan 31, 2012. In Feb , the correct phone was received. It did not come with any ...

Just heard that Motorola cancelled the Bionic due to unresolved power issues. M will debut a new 4G phone in Q3....seems strange m but OK..

this might be a no brainer, but here it goes. I went into a Best Buy and was looking at the Verizon phones and deals they offer. Best Buy phones are cheaper with a new/renewed contract but the warranty has me worried.Can one get a phone insured thru Assurion, without going thru Verizon. The prices are good, but can they-Best Buy- actually give better service? Everyone ,please reply..
