I see the option on the Gear for Gallery, but it does not show any items. Does this feature connect to the Gallery on the Note 3 or it is a gallery on the Gear only?

I'm getting the Galaxy gear tomorrow. Just curious if anyone knows how close the phone and watch have to be for them to communicate.

Does anyone know what the icon in the status bar that loons like an "N" means? When I unlock my phone, it shows up between the Bluetooth icon and the wireless icon. Anyone find a list of what the icons mean?

Has anyone found a way to make sound s that can be used for text alert sounds? I know that you can use you music for alarms. Any suggestions?

They must remaib checked, unless you want them removed when you sync your phone.

Looks like a nice program, but I don't see a way to get to your contcts on your phone.

Okay, I got the hang of the Ringtones. Does andone know id we can transfer sound files to use as notification rather than use the ones on the phone. Thanks

I rereceived a Droid 1 today and called to speak to a supervisor and after explaining the issues I have had with my last two phones, she ordered me a Droid 2. I should have it tomorrow or the next day. Horrah!

I have read on many other website that the Droid2 is being sent out as the replacement phone for the Droid. Has anyone had this happen for them?

I try, but don't get an option to what folder to save it to. All I see is "Save to SD Card".

Is there a way to send rintones to this phone? I know that I can transfer them to my SD Card or download a pogram. On other phone, you could e-mail them to your phone.

Unfotunately not in my case. It still does it. It is stupid to have to rebootyout phone to be able to see picture messages that you have downloaded.

Is it me, Or does everyone have to reboot their phone to have a picture that you saved from a Picture Message to yoru SD Card show up in the Gallery. Mine do not show up until I reboot the phone.

I read on Droid Life that the Motorola Droid was going to get update to Android 2.2 this past Tuesday. Did any of you also see this? Any idea when we are going to get this update? I would rather wait for the Authorized release rather than using one off the internet.

I am doing a lot of driving for work now and occassionally Google maps cannot find GPS. I need to be able to have reliable navigation. Is there a better program available or should I just buy a GPS for my car?

HELP! 2.1 Update

I tried the update and get the following message: E: error in /sdcard/upgate.zip (Status 7) Installation aborted I did a "Factory Data Reset" and tried again and got the same error. That si the only kind of reset I could find. My phone is running DroidMod. How would I and how can I remove DroidMod?

Not sure which I did. Why? I would restore my phone to factory to do the update, but I would lose everything I downloaded and wireless tethering.

I would prefer to use an update that will not take away my root. I have downloaded the updates from a link in one of the other conversations, but it aborts and mentions something about sector 7.

I got the message for 2.1, but when I tried to install it, it failed. Motorola is going to push it to me again. Is it because I rooted my phone that the 2.1 upgrade failed?

Has anyone tried what is suggested on the site that this link goes to? I have tried to do it using both links to the update file and when I try to install it, the installation is aborted.

The Motorola Manual says that we can create groups, but does not say how. I found the ones under display options and the gmail account, but can't figure out how to use them.
