What exactly would you want different? Is there some sort of advancement in cellphone technology that they didn't take advantage of?

Maybe you should look up the word unlimited. If I have unlimited data but I can't use my unlimited data to download 100Tb in a month. Because its not really unlimited. Unlimited is a lie.

Unlimited: : without any limits or restrictions : not limited in number or amount That would mean I can use as much internet I want. If I wanted to download 100Tb of data in a month then I could. The problem is that there is a cap on the speed and therefor can't be unlimited.

Technically shouldn't every company that offers unlimited data be sued by the FCC there is not one company that gives truly unlimited data.

Well I have AT&T. I pay $40 a month. Unlimited Data and tethering and get service everywhere I go. I live in the Inland Empire so also not in the middle of no-where. I would never want to be on T-mobile and worry about my coverage and pay double what I'm paying now.

Or you could just get the hotspot from your phone without going through the carrier and save $50 bucks.

not really. The FCC wants to make money. If T-Mobile doesn't want the big 2 to get more spectrum then they can pony up the money. They can go to daddy and beg for money.

Except that if the phone stops working for whatever reason support for the OnePlus One is nearly none existant. And the upgrade for the HTC (m7) was within the 90 days and both HTC ONE's have been far superior to the Samsung Galaxy s4 and s5.

I don't think you understand what Unlimited means. un·lim·it·ed adjective \-ˈli-mə-təd\ : without any limits or restrictions : not limited in number or amount So that means that any company at all that advertises unlimited internet is doing false advertising. Its impossible to have unlimited internet. If you are throttled to 500 kbits/s then you can only download 2.47 GB a month if you download continuously for the entire month. 2.47 GB is not unlimited. So please get your facts straight.

If T-Mobile or Sprint wanted it they could afford it. They have very large parent companies. Those parents companies don't think they need that Spectrum. Plus over 50% of the population is with Verizon and AT&T so them getting this spectrum it helps the majority of the people in the US. How is more people getting more spectrum a bad thing?

I have nothing to hide. I don't care if they FBI goes through my phone. They just might get jealous from my pics though. And plus its not like they just go through everybody's phone. Only people who are suspected of doing something bad. And the FBI has to get a warrant from an impartial judge.

Are you kidding me? Obama is the greatest thing that has ever happened to this country. Unemployment has dropped since Obama took office, the economy is no longer in a recession that Bush created. All the problems that Obama inherited from Bush and he has come this far? Its astounding. Obama has made peace with other nations and we are no longer hated. Yes Wifi an be implemented anywhere but that doesn't mean Wifi calling will work. You could implement Wifi in the middle of the ocean and still not be able to make wifi calls. AT&T and Verzion don't need Wifi calling. And there is many options to use wifi to make calls back home from going overseas.
