what i mean is, vz right now has 3 identical looking phones moto, htc thunderbolt, lg revolution and a lot more but nothing special. but with sprint, they'd just have few but enough to satisfy diff types of customers (like evo shift, epic and evo. perfect example) go sprint.

yeah, here in sprint we have the same problem.. virgin mobile and boost mobile now calls sprint but we don't have support of them yet unless they're calling to buy phones. that, also ruins stats

atleast some of them actually thanks you for your time and all the info you provided. but most of these type would even have the guts to let you know that you help them a lot, and "oh look, letstalk.com offered this same phone for only 29.99.. thanks bye" omg

a type of customer who calls in and wants to talk to customer service but end up talking to telesales because when she dials *2 from her phone she just pressed zero one or two or any number without listening to the options on what he's calling in about.. the story didn't end there.. since he was on the wrong department he'll be upset that after he discuss all his rants about his phone you'll respond and let him know ...

most of them are like this, paranoid.. one scenario, i was explaining about a new feature of the insurance they are paying monthly and they cut you out and say " why are you telling me all that? you'll be charging me extra for that aren't you?" so paranoid.. can you just let me finish first? hehe

other sanyo phones with 1370mAh battery which has a good battery life.. but i must agree, this one is 2 full size touch screen phone, so i think that might not be enough.. come on sanyo

i hope time would come that these kind of phones really has same power and capabilities of the touchscreen phones. i think it's starting to get boring, you know, same form factor from diff manufacturers huge screen with no remarkable desin tweeks..
