NO!!! it's not true even before the update I was able to get 2.5 hours of continuos talk time. But I aint gonna lie the batt life was very very short. Now with the new software update the batt life is much much longer. There was some kinda glitch that made the phone's processor run at full capacity after opening up the camcorder app. Reception is pretty good depending on your area.

Ok first of all you can by these motorola headphones I bought from radioshack for 30 bucks. They double as a stereo handsfree device. Or you can go to sedio.com and by a 2.5-3.5mm male/female adapter and use any pair of headphones you choose. Video has to be in .3gp format in odered to be played back on the phone. You can get a the 3gpcoverter from this jap website. Just type in 3gpocnverter and download the program,it's drag ...

Nah mate that's completly wrong. Yes you need a mini SD card but you cnannot use a usb cable to transfer files. You need to get a card reader and transfer the files to the miniSD card then just pop the card in the phone.

Damn that sucks. I hope you got insurance on the phone!!! I would do a lockline replacement quickly as possible. It'll cost you another 50 bucks but for this phone it's totally worth it.

You have to convert the files to 3gp video. Download 3gpconverter from the web. I have trasncoded 5 movies all under 200MB and a ton of music videos all about 5-9MB each. And still lots of room left on my 1GB mini SD card.

.3gp files. Download 3gpconverter from the web. It encodeds video's pretty darn fast and with stereo sound while keeping the file sizes smaller. There are more powerful programs out there but this is the easiest one. Just drag and drop files and they are automatically encoded to 3gp files. You can play back 3gp video files and mp3.AAC audio files.

Just Love!!! The phone is LG's greatest phone yet. I have over 29 Multimedia games downloaded to the phone and still have a ton of storage left on just the built in memory which is 20MB. I picked up a 1GB miniSD card 79.99 and now I have 5 compressed movies, and over 120 mp3's to play around with. Get it you'll love. To me it's sprint's best MM phone I was'nt at all impressed by the sanyo MM ...

That's why it says 5.7 hours of contniuous "Talk Time" not camera time and how many times you open the flip to check out all the lovely colors.

Even if when they come out with these phone they are all oudated and none can eve compare to the Sanyo RL4920 or the RL2000. And that will be only what 4-5 phones. By that time Sprint will have out more then 10 phones. Just liek sprint has the edge in the camera phone department over verizon. VZMW has out what 5 phone in like 2 the 2 years the technology has been in existence in the US. Sprint ...

There's no doubt VZW is losing in the PTT game to SprintPCS

I mean if this is all VZW has got for the PTT system just and update to there crappy first and only PTT phone, Then they might as well drop the system. I mean has 6 phones that utilize the system and all of them are way better than that V60 VZW has brought out and this newer one they going to bring out. None of there PTT phones can even hold a candle to the RL-2000 or RL-4920. ...

Well if that's verizon's 1x network then it is very very slow then. When I sent pix from that phone it seemed to be more multimedia based then internet. Like I said before I'am able to send pix from my sprint phone 3-4 times faster then with any verizon phone including the VX6000 and Samsung A-610.

I wonder if there going to use the multimedia method to send the vids or the 1x network. Cuz I hate the pic message system for verizon it's very slow to send a pic to some else it takes @ least 20-35 secs or more just to send 1 pic. If they use the 1X network vids will be sent alot faster. I can send pix from my Samsung VM-A680 in like under 5 secs sometimes and vids in ...

Well being verizon wireless I assume the price for video mess. will be high or will not be high but will have a very low amount of videos you can send per month. Sprint charges % bucks for unlimited video mails T-mobile I think charges 7.99-10 bucks for unlimted Multimeda messages a month. So verizon will have there's priced @ like 5.99-7.99 a month for like 10-20 videos a month. They charge 4.99 for 20 pix month so that ...

No A-HOLE The phone is GSM, Verizon uses CDMA. CDMA carriers dont use Sim-cards. You would think a user of this site would @ least know the basic rules of cellular technology. Theres really no excuse not no the difference between GSM and CDMA if you joined Phonescoop.com.
