well there's more than one issue. you gotta realize you aren't the only one with an issue. some users are reporting to have rooted the device and that is why it is bricked after the update. but who knows exactly what it is? how about just find a solution.

yeah, there's a problem with the phone just locking up on a power cycle. no good for sprint or htc...

Random Resetting
So I was sitting here browsing the forums when my phone started vibrating. There I was thinking it was a text message. It turns out my phone reset again! This happened to me last week but I didn't think anything of it. I still have half the battery left. Anyone else experiencing any resets? I bet if I bring it into Verizon they'll say they can't replicate the damn issue. :evil:

is it possible to save an mp3 file through a text message like the other phones? i know you can use them from the memory card but its a pita to take off the cover and unmount and load it again. tia. btw this is my first smartphone and im feelin a little dumb! lol :lol:
