Business consumers and even personal consumers who truly know the difference between AT&T and verizon would not agree. Having 3G and GSM over CDMA out weights having verizon espically if there in a area where AT&T truly do's have just as or better coverage then verizon.

They had a year rollout ahead of us, AT&Ts putting a lot of money out there this year to improve on 3G coverage, trust me people complain about verizon's coverage to, peoples perception gets voided when one company always tells you they have awsum coverage while one says no dropped calls. Apple care for the most part is a good deal, customer might have cracked they screen or even water damamged there phone and at apples discretion have replaced or atleast sold them a new one for the $199 price point. Its pretty much based on there discretion and the extent of the damage.

when did you work with them? before they had 3G? AT&T yea may treat there reps a lil old fashion but they pay well and get the job done. Really thinking a CDMA Iphone will do good on verizon better then AT&T then your knowledge is very limited and it means you haven't been with the company long enough.

I don't agree at all, if your service with at&t sucks its because you have a bad phone with a bad sim. There 3G phones and there 3G network is very extensive now and offers great voice quality then it used to. Type of Cingular Phone plan you use for this phone.
I don't plan on tethering with it. So what type of plan do I need to use all the compabilities of this phone? Do I need data connect or anything or will media max work. Or better yet do I need both to cover internet usage and multimedia like texting and what not. They started out with 2, and within months been rolling out with a new one about every month. Even to this day Phonescoop announce's a new EV-DO Handset for the sprint and verizon market. and there always unique with nice features. They're so high in the EV-DO now that they have basic clamshells with EV-DO. LG-8000 and that Audiovox they had was annouced way before EV-DO's launch, But don't take my word for it ask Rich. what are you talking about , HSDPA do's exist, they can now make whatever phone they want for cingular, well besides video calling. I'm not saying they should stop announcing new phones worldwide I'm just saying i'm tired of not hearing anything about cingulars development. It doesn't seem like anything unique is coming to the HSDPA American Network.

www.flurrymail.com, that tends to be very popular, its free, easy to use, and u can have them send you txt messages everytime u get mail so it feels as though the POP client was builted into your phone, only problem is it won't allow u to send e-mails with attachments download attachments from there e-mails but a software update later down the road can help
