reports have surfaced of a major sale of phones at a major retailer. rumor has it that anyone who shows up naked to the event will get a free smartphone, with free activtaion and no upgrade fee if they are doing a upgrade.

they had there chance and now they realize that they missed it, so they are going up against at&t to stop them from getting it since they are not going to be able to.
i suspect that at&t would be doing the same thing if sprint had managed to get t-mobile.

it is rumored that the announchment for sprint on 02/07/2011 will be a merger between sprint and t-mobile to create a new company called t-sprint or sprint-mobile. this company then would give at&t and verizon a run for there money.
