My faceplate got scratched up when i let it fall on the sidewalk and skid for a couple of feet. You could either install it yourself if u know how or go to a cell phone repair store and get it installed. They charged me $20

I am currently using Nokia Media Converter for my video conversions, but the sound quality is horrible on music videos. Anyone have a good converter that lets you keep the audio quality at 128 Kbps???
Video Transfer
I convertered a couple of videos into .3g2 works on my PC sound and video. I transfer it to my phone but when i try to play the video, the phone shuts off and turns on but with NO SERVICE. Then when i delete the video from the card using my phone, service is back. Anyone have any input???

Analog Mode
If there was anyone who lives or lived in NYC during the attack of the WTC knows how important cell phones were. Verizon Wireless was, I believe, the only cell phone provider offering cell service at the time of the attack. Which was very crucial in those grueling moments. Now analog mode played a very big role that day. Not once did a call get dropped during analog mode. Now my question is...if god forbid...something like that happens again ...

Same thing happend to me. I can relate to you. I spent like $5 sending tones thinking it was the file but it wasnt. I gave up and stayed with the tones i had. 2 weeks later i attempted to do it again and since then has continued to work. So i dont know what the problem is/was, but it took 2 weeks for me to attempt sending them again.

If you are going to send a pic from your PC the pic has to be 240x320 for a full screen size. I sent about 3 pics to my phone and came out fine but recently when i try to send a pic the pic size is veryyyyyy small. Dunno why.
It wont save in PHOTO GALLERY. That is only for when you take pictures with the camera. IMAGES is for everything else.

1-Did you write something in the subject line?
2- Did you write something in the body?
3- What are you using to send the tones?
I use MSN to email them. I tryed it with AOL at my friends house and when it got to my phone it didnt work. Try different email programs. It could solve your problem.

Verizon still is the best cell phone provider. Even though Cingular is the biggest, Verizon has the best voice quality, and recepetion. CDMA all the way!!!! A sprint and verizon merger would be an unstopable team If occured. As far as nextel, well they're screwed. Maybe after verizon buys sprint verizon will buy nextel as well. Woohoo!!!

Actually i blame "us" the consumers for the crappy v710. That was the most hyped phone i have ever seen. A phone in such high demand forces Motorola and VZW to bring out the phone as fast as possible. And actually the phone came out pretty quick. Thanks, but I didnt follow your advice. I've spent like $10 sending non-working rintones to my phone. And finally on the last attempt before quiting and just keeping my old-sent one's...it worked. I still dont know what the problem was.

No see my problem is different. I WAS able to email them. Then it suddenly didnt want to play them any more. As i said before, i have custom ringtones but can't put new ones on again.

NOOOOOO, i thought i made it clear. I save it and thats when nothing happens. When i receive the file it plays nothing for 5 sec. So i said to myself, hey maybe it'll play when i save it. So i saved it and boom!!!! Nothing. Any theories, sugg.???
