How to update OS on Blackberry STorm
Apr 4, 2009, 8:27 AM
in the Verizon forum

I have OS .65 on my Blackberry Storm. I have tried to use the wireless update feature under advanced options to upgrade to what I understand is the latest version (.75). Every time I have tried to use that feature it tells me no update is available. Any thoughts on how to actually get to the correct version. Thanks

I have found this interesting site that allows you to download music free but it has Digital Magament RIghts and seems to only work through Windows Media Player. I tried to download these to my w580i but it does not recognize the songs. Or I should say does not play them. Is there any way to make these songs work on my SOny? Any thoughts? Thanks

Help with Sony W580i

I am looking to change to AT&T and have seen this small music phone by Sony. It seems to have great features for the price. I have seen some comments in various places that say it might not hold up real well. Any feedback from folks on whether this would be a good phone over a 2-year contract? Any other options we should look at? I think my wife is keen on its ability to replace ...

Everyone, I have a family share plan that I got over Memorial Day last year. We got two Motorola E815s using the online purchase function. The phones have not been great and my wife wants another one. I go online and it says that I can only change the phone if I pay full retail. Does anyone have any other options that I can explore? SHe really wants something different to use. Thanks

A couple of questions

in the Verizon forum

A couple of questions that won't to throw out for input: 1) Is there an update to the E815 coming out this yearr? 2)Will VZW have a BOGO RAZR sale that includes the Pink one? 3) When might we see the RAZR V3m that seems to have a few of the features that make the E815 attractive? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

That is disappointing that this is only the grey model. My wife would like the pink one and made that a condition of my possibly switching (she says the ad did not mention color of the phone). Any change to get a pink one and a free grey one? Thanks

I just saw an add in the ATlanta paper that the Verizon has the RAZR for $99 after rebate and that you can get them buy one get one free. This seems like a good deal. Does anyone have any details? Is it color specific, any data plan requirements, etc. The add did not seem to be long on those kinds of specifics. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Nokia 6256i for $29 at Circuit City
Dec 29, 2005, 10:21 AM
in the Verizon forum

I saw an ad today in the Atlanta newspaper for a three day only sale which had the Nokia 6256i with a free Bluetooth Headset for $29. I assume that this would need a two year contract. Seems like a good deal for a moderately featureed phone and a bluetooth headset. Anyone have an thoughts on why this might not be such a good idea? Thanks in advance.

I am looking to move to Verizon from Cingulat at the beginning of the year. I keep seeing these ads on this forum for companies like Let"s Talk.com that offer the Motorola E815 for free with rebates. I purchased 2 phones for my wife and I last year at Best Buy. They will able to deliver me the best deals (via rebates) than you could find at the Cingular Store. I only had to do a 1-year agreement to get the deal too. The transitioned us from Sprint very quickly and easily. I did get the replacement plan from them. It was very handy. Just recently called and told them ...
