How do you determine the voice quality being an issue of the device and not the network?

you will need to use the device more than just a few minutes to appreciate ice cream sandwich the buttons make it a 4.5" screen which is .2" bigger than the rezound when watching videos though you get the full 4.65" screen swype is coming, no big deal...the stock keyboard is very good. I've gotten used to it quite easily even after using swype on my x for almost a year. phone size to me seems better than the razr because the razr ...

razr has motocast and smart actions which by themselves are enough reasons to go with the razr. besides, the hardware is phenomenal on the razr while the htc is just the same old htc style the lock screen is cool on the new sense, that's about i'll give the rezound over the razr razr can uninstall non vzw bloatware - this is a big win for me - pretty sure the htc can't do this do keep in mind sense was mainly created ...

What the "Wrap-Up" Should Say
Nov 11, 2011, 9:43 AM
in the Article: Review: Motorola Droid RAZR for Verizon Wireless forum

The wrap up should just say: "Bottom line it's not an Apple device. Because of this i have to be super anal about the smallest of things." If you use smart actions you can extend the battery considerably. Besides when did battery removal become some a beneficial feature? I'll tell you when, when Motorola made it fixed like how Apple has been doing for years. It's just something for Apple fans to complain about. Illogical blindly following Apple to complain about stupid small ...

couple ideas 1. negative misconceptions about winmo...i personally have fallin back in love with winmo after owning the omnia which made me realize its really the device/hardware that makes ade vice, not so much the os 2. androids marketplace is more developed than winmo's marketplace 3. moto droid has a more customizable home screen desktop...imagio has touch flo 3d whic i personally dont like and it has homescreen themes but none allow u to add ur widgets and shortcuts or a combination ...

its called Advanced Task Killer and u can get from marketplace or whatever googles app store is called. there is no task manager on the device to close apps so alot of issues like slowness or freezing can be remedied, even battery life can be extended if u keep the number of running apps to a minimum. also keep in mind pressing hold down the home key shows most recent used apps, it doesnt show what apps are currently running

I believe this was the original name for the mobile office kit. It allowed you to connect to the 1st generation data network at about 14.4 kbps. Your better off connecting to 1x at around 56 kbps.

I'm not disputing what it specifically can or can't do. Just stating that some OBEX profiles on this device are enabled.

I appreciate the definition of the word some. I really do not understand what point you are trying to make as I have the 6700 and am able to transfer music, office docs, ringtones, apps, and pix. What else is there?

Please re-read. It says that it won't support ALL OBEX profiles. That means that it will have some OBEX ability.

Re: 0.002 cents
Dec 22, 2006, 6:39 PM
in the Verizon forum

In the blog its self there are multiple statements in absolute - that's where I derived that from. Regardless of having a data plan prior or not .002 still doesn't make sense. I'm really sorry that the customer had to go through this and witness these mistakes but to record the calls and make t shirts and post a blog is just ridiculous. Prior to this the reps references all just said $.002 so it was a mistake.

Re: E-mail
Dec 22, 2006, 6:21 PM

Not necessarily. The best way to think of pushed email is with text msgs. U receive txt msgs the instant (for the most case) they are sent with out u doing anything. Blackberries on a Blackberry Enterprise Server work the same way; emails sent are received almost instantly. The email is pulled automatically from the server the automatically pushed to the device. With pull email u can respond to them but the only difference is that the user manually initiates the ...

I just to want present my 2 opinions about the subject matter above. 1. I believe with a good amount of certaintity that the customer knew full well what the charge was and took advantage of the situation. How can u believe the charge is 0.002 of a cent? That's a riduclous charge and just doesn't make sense. 2. Saying that EVERYBODY at Verizon Wireless is dumb is not right. All 50,000 + employees are dumb because of the mistake of ...

Re: E-mail

That's a good point. Push technology works by 1st pulling the email from the server then pushing it to the phone with no human intervention.

Re: E-mail

Push and Pull are different. The best way to think about it is push goes from the server to ur phone and pull goes from ur phone back to server.
