I LOVE Red Dead Redemption!
Re: Pointless, really
I don't understand what I'm looking at when I look at your grav. Is it some dude pulling his eyes far away from his face? WTF?
Re: Yes
Yeah I know..
I shouldn't have included that segment. Regardless of his moral err, he is still remembered as a champion of liberty and a significant facet of the birth of the United States. His legacy is proof of his greatness, albeit flawed in ways.
Re: Who else forgot about daylight savings time?
Looks like I'm the only idiot here. Sad face.
Re: Fixed:
It appears that I wrongly assumed in this case. Irony is grand, isn't it?
Re: network
Good luck finding a shirt that will fit
Who else forgot about daylight savings time?
I was 45 minutes late to work because I totes forgot about it. I hope the boss lets it slide!

Perhaps living within your means is difficult.
Perhaps straw man? Living within my means is difficult, but you won't see me depending upon credit cards, loans or flat out not pay my bills. I have adjusted my lifestyle accordingly.
Cellphones are not a necessity, communication is. Landlines are affordable and any cell phone, active or not, as long as it can power on and function will call 911.
I am indeed able to afford it and I never insinuated ...
Yes
You must disregard everything Jefferson ever said, even the separation of church and state, 'cause he owned slaves, which was traditional for his time.

The Constitution doesn't GIVE rights to anyone. It LIMITS the power of the Federal Government.
You make an excellent point, and I concede. +1
Stating that powers belong to the States or the People is unnecessary.
Why?

"isnt it sad when iphone4 run faster on speedtests then att fake 4G phones with fake 4G networks"
Oh, you mean like all current '4G' networks? I'll gladly call any network 4G when they actually are - which, if you're wondering has been classified by the CTIA as 100Mbps. Even T-Mobile's supposed 42Mbps doesn't even come close.
Re: "cutting taxes will only lead to cutting more services in this country"
I clearly understand the effects of taxation. Very, very, very clearly. I do not need a middle school explanation of it.
You are all missing the point, so I will make it rudely obvious:
The federal government is, by the Supreme Law of the Land, the United States Constitution, not allowed to infringe upon the rights of the states.
I hate taxes. I hate everything about them. I hate the Sixteenth Amendment. I hate giving away my hard-earned money. I make ...

Do I adhere strictly to the beliefs of Libertarianism? Hell no. It's simply the best way to quickly describe my political philosophy, because I more closely adhere to Libertarianism than I do any other political philosophy
Uh, thanks, I guess, for pointing out what I already said.
Jefferson had foolish ideas of government at times. He wanted an extremely weak federal government (AoC weak), a weak military, and he wanted the US to remain a rural agricultural ...
O RLY?
'09 eh? Hmm...I wonder why...
"States don't have rights"
You're right - not anymore. But for your information, they actually are designed to. Why else would we have two chambers of Congress? To look cool?
No. The Senate was originally designed to be disconnected from the people in order to more efficiently serve the states. Originally, Senators were elected by State legislatures. The 17th changed it to where the people elect Senators, which was the intended purpose of the House. Now, we just have a cluster**** of ignorant votes, ...
Re: Right. Because 20% added to your bill is awesome...
You're missing the point. Do you think that I, an advocate of near-anarchy level government, would ever be in favor of an increase in taxes? Of course not!
But that's not the point. The point is, states [supposedly] have rights, and those rights are granted by the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution. Banning their right to taxation is, technically, unconstitutional. But what can we expect? The Seventeenth Amendment made sure that the states lost fair representation in Congress.
Re: " I cannot morally support "
I like the part where you criticize my ability to debate with a one-liner.

"cutting taxes will only lead to cutting more services in this country"
LOLWUT?!
OK, sorry, but thanks for the laugh! First of all, cutting taxes will not result in cutting expenditures. See: 2011 federal budget and $1.3 trillion deficit.
And, why wouldn't you want services to be cut? Do you actually want the size of government to increase? Do you even know what the vision of the Founders was?
Re: " I cannot morally support "
Why do you always assume things about me? I don't get my beliefs from Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck. My political philosophy roots from Ayn Rand's Objectivism (and she wasn't even a Libertarian!). I form my own beliefs, Azeron, yet you falsely assumed yet another thing about me. It makes you look foolish.
Is this not an issue of morals? It is to me. Politics are morals. The issue of taxation is indeed one of morals - at least for ...
Hmm...I disagree with this
I consider myself a Libertarian, so it may sound odd that I would be against a moratorium on taxes, but I don't feel it is just for the federal government to impose upon a State's right to tax. I understand the intention is good, but I cannot morally support the federal government yet again impeding upon State's rights. What's next? Universal healthcare?
Oh...

Re: network
Stay thirsty my friends.
Clearwire...
I'm unsure of Clearwire's future. The fact that they are so dependent upon further Sprint investments makes me wary, and the fact that their CEO resigned is a little bit of a red flag to me.
I enjoy their service, but I could see bankruptcy in their future. We'll see.

Re: *yawn*
I regretted having typed that after I submitted my message. What I meant to say is that the market's view of Sprint has made a 180 over the last few years, coming from the absolute worst to one of the best. Do I think Sprint is the best carrier? No.
That being said, I don't believe there is a 'best' carrier. It's all subjective. Where my mother lives, Verizon is hands-down the best. Where I live, Sprint is the best. ...
Question:
Are you able to find another employer that would equal your current pay? If so, I say GTFO. I've worked gigs where honesty hinders you, and that is not what Capitalism is about. You are working for a shady, corrupt company that employs poor quality employees. If you wish to work with integrity, either chance your luck and call HR, or leave and take your honest work elsewhere if you can.
I missed the Bus
and I have no idea what's going on.
Re: Radioshack, Best Buy, Stores Employees
We (RS)do. We actually call in through a system of our own that transfers us to NSS.
Re: Indirect reps and chargebacks...
We do have a similar policy, and we explain it in full to the customer when they purchase a phone and they sign for it. So far, we've had no issues, considering that only those doing fraud would object (and that's only if they're using their info). Honestly, though, I've never come across a customer that's been charged for it.
I thought Smart Talk
was operated by a third party other than TracFone, but it uses TF's network. I could easily be mistaken, though.
I believe you are mistaken
This particular forum is designed to contain discussions pertaining to accessories to wireless handsets, not video game accessories.
Besides, as an experienced PS user, I can guarantee you that you will be much more successful in finding the information you need in the Lounge, considering that it is comprised virtually entirely of video game nerds.

Darn you, you beat me to it! :P
OK, before either of us commit any further logical fallacies (the rest of this post is in attention to the original poster), let's start dealing with facts.
While AT&T rides the iPhone wave, Sprint has differentiated itself as the first and only 4G network in securing a postpaid churn of 1.85% for the second quarter of 2010. In the first quarter of 2008, Sprint had posted a high post-paid churn rate ...

I think you missed your bandwagon about three years ago. What makes them so 'crappy'?
Is it their excellent service plan value?
Is it their strong data and voice network (albeit mostly roaming)?
Is it their vastly improved customer service?
Is it their superior device lineup?
Their 4G network is sub-par, I'll give you that much. However, they are not a stagnant company. Hesse and his crew have long ago started to evaluate LTE as a viable alternative to WiMax (which I think ...
