Yep i just got my second flex n of the day. I only have one or two people qualify for post paid service a month. I get the worst markets. I have people around me geting post paid customer all the time.

I have been in tmobile sales 2 yrs next month. So i know exactly what your talking about. I can guess the customers credit class before even running it. Its pretty sad.

Well i didnt know complaining which is a form of free speach could get you fired. Even in a right to work state, that is still screwed up. Its not against company policy but we work for cp if they want me fired they will find the most bs reason to do so.

Orionsvantage if you lived were we do, you would realize only jobs out there in our area arent enough to get by on. I only got six months left before i am out of this bitch. I would rather work for walmart then this place and thats said to say.

You know what dopeygirl i have been working at cp for two years and theres not many sales agents here that have been here longer than me. So i know this place as gotten worse over the years. Its all about making them money and screwing us over. If they want to fire me for what i discuss on phonescoop well i guess they can do that if that want. It would be the best day of my life

Dude just saying 300 bucks on a contract isnt a good price..its over the top. Soo you saying you would pay 300 bucks for that phone even though you dont live in an lte market?

Maybe they think since you can afford verizon service you can afford to pay 300 dollars for a phone. If i was with verizon i would wait for them to expand the lte network and wait for the ridiculous price to come down.

Ya people who have nothing to do with sales all upper management are getting a bonus every check, where us sales agents dont get ****. I basically told my sup why should i try for sales if you basically go to find ways to give me less money now.

Ya they are straight lying to you. Basically tmobile will still pay them 5 dollars for every sale i make. Then cp will decide wat to pay us. They basically pocket the rest of the money and give it to the upper management who already make more money then us and doesn't have to work as hard to get a bonus as us.

So were i work they changed our incentive payout and the requirements we have to get to get paid for our sales. It was basically a way for the company i work for the pocket the money for the sales i make. All the supervisors said we will make more money this lady i work with made 46 sales in 10 days of work and she only made 11 dollars bonus. We used to make atleast 150 with that ...

So i am tired of customers gettin pissed because they dont take advantage of a promotion, but call in two weeks later wanting the same deal. Its like sorry it expired you should of taken advantage when you were offered it.

GALAXY 4G would be a good way to go. Or wait for the lg g2x to come out. Those two would be some of my top choices if i wanted to switch from my g2.

Well i know from experience tmobile cares alot more than the cell phone companies out there. Is every customer going to have a good experience no. No one is perfect in the industry and they cant always do everything the customer wants.

I am sorry a store rep told you that but alot of the times if its not notes in the account their not going to do it automatically.I have helped customers fix the issues but they cant always believe a customer when they call in a say a sales rep told me this. Well when you bought ur phone did they tell you can tether? I have been in tmobile sales for 2 years and before the 14.99 came out tether was not something we were suppose to sell about the phone or tell people if they could or not.

I am not going to believe this guy untill i say that day come. I have tmobile customers plans that date back to suncom. So changing rate plans and forcing them to change when they upgrade is not a common practice.

accdc1a i agree i am sure there are the bad telesales agents just like there are those bad in store reps. No company is going is going to have every single employee do their job correctly. Just hopefully those people get caught and fired

Ya i know what u mean i am in north idaho and i get around on average 5 to 7 mbps on average on my g2 and i dont think any other area carrier can offer those speeds up here yet.
