How often is Lower Alabama ever reffered to as LA? Lol Los Angeles, silly.

Thats not true lol!! They did NO training for the first 2 months I was even on the sales floor, I had never sold cellphones before, It was usually computers or other electronic devices like Digital Cameras, GPS systems, Laptops and etc, but my personal impression of this company so far isn't that great in my opinion, they are very laggy with getting their employees the tools they need to sell, and we usually get our trainings after the device ...

And no he still didn't have a place to tell me "I didn't hear this information from our contact with corperate". He wasnt there to hear this misinformation, that was my point.

Most likely a dimwitted trainer. It's so funny that he told his managers and reps this information =P It's no wonder customers question the knowledge of the store LOL. Tell the district Manager to join Phonescoop for his info, hah.

A recent Manager Meeting for Verizon, including myself and many many others had established such information during live training, you aren't in any place to tell me I'm not getting my information from VZ Corperate, whether it is correct or not doesn't mean I'm a liar about where I get my information. I was sharing the information I was trained on, if you don't agree with it or think it's wrong, just a simple correction will do, thank you.

Actually now that you mention it, looking at the specs provided on this website, either the information on this website isn't as accurate, or my Verizon Cooperate Training was wrong. They mentioned at multiple separate times that the screen was 4.3, so I find that rather interesting.

Not necessarily, DROIDX has 4.0 while fascinate, very slightly bigger is 4.3, to physically compare them side by side in person you would barely notice a difference. They both record in HD, however only the DROIDX has an HDMI PORT.

I agree with Justmarried (congrats) I personally dont even know which I'd go for, both phones are freakin amazing in stats. Let me spare you some time: DROIDX and Fascinate are nearly identical in info. They both have 8.0 MGPX camera, HD video recording and both run on 2.2 Froyo (and if one is 2.1, its easily software-upgradeable to 2.2 when it is released as an update. DROIDX: 4.0 screen, Physical durability, HDMI PORT, internal space for multimedia/business, comes with 2.1 system but ...

"Better" is objective, it's a matter of reputation with your preferred manufacturer. Motorola in particular has a very durable physical body, which does add some weight and mass to the phone, but you can rest assured knowing if you dropped it out of your purse or pocket, it wont shatter like other phones will. Samsung Fascinate is just as fast if not faster, screen is wider (4.3) and the dynamics of touch sensitivity are pretty impressive. A downside is that ...

Droid for Verizon? Cal this number from another phone (not the phone you want help with) 1-800-922-0204 and after you hear the start of an automated voice, hit 0000 (four zeros) to be directed to a live agent who can walk you through just about anything, and it's free.

(continued from previous post, I apologize) The 'over charging of battery capacity' statement isn't limited to the Impression, this is important for all cellphones of all carriers. Like how you use more gas to turn off and on a car than to leave it running for a minute to be right back in a 7eleven somewhere.

If you've never had a touch screen before, the Impression is the best thing to try in my opinion. The only minor downside is that occasionally I have to restart my phone so it can send texts. It doesn't freeze up on me or anything but sometimes (maybe every few days) it will fluke up and not send texts so restarting it kinda refreshes it. To avoid this issue you can shut down your phone while it charges over night, ...

There should be a way, but I believe it requires a monthly pay just like AT&T Navigator. I tried to look up Pandora for it but I guess it doesn't work. What I do is put music on my phone via USB/Bluetooth on my 8G SD card and I have it play that instead.

I'm in the same boat, I've had this phone for roughly about 6-7 months now and it started doing this about the 4th month in. For days it will be fine, but then occasionally (every other day) it "fails" to send, I end up having to reboot it, which sucks cuz it takes the messaging app 3 minutes to initialize and it's quite annoying having to wait. This was my first touch screen phone and I literally love every thing ...

The thing about my VZW location and my customers is that they expect you to give them anything they want for free because they have verizon at all. I'm a very logical, friendly and technologically knowledgeable Rep, I even provide extra customer service even if my store manager doesn't approve (which most of the time he doesn't), I'll input contacts manually myself if our transfer machine doesn't recognize the cord or the phone (for the patient and friendly customers ...

Blackberry all the way. The new iPhone4 had a rough start on winning it's already loyal customers, apple customers who had been with the service for years even left for verizon or Tmobile because of the service ATT provided. iPhone4 had a nationwide recall of it's new product shortly after the release date, this caused alot of problems with customer loyalty, and with the sad attempt to bring them back they thought givng away a free skin for a ...

You could probably use yahoo, but I would personally reccommend GMAIL from google. Seeing how she will be running on a google phone, with a gmail account she will be able to back up any information on her phone directly to her gmail account, so when it ever comes a time she loses her phone or wants to get a new one, all of her valuable information will be backed up and ready to be re-input onto the next ...

I've been selling the Fascinate for a little while now, and I haven't had anyone come back with any issues about the phone. I suggest trading it with a newer one at the same location you purchased your fascinate, I doubt it will come back to haunt you again. And if it does, it may be something to do with the messaging feature in your account, there might be a simple technical error.
