I curious also as I'm interested in this phone and use a Mac home. I'm pretty sure it's possible to transfer MP3-music via bluetooth and maybe even addresses but, would like s Syncing option just to make things easier.

I don't think this Palm is supposed to be targeting the business user. It's (in my opinion) made to compete with the Sidekick and is going to be "marketing directed" at Instant Messaging Teens and have a low or free price tag, thus the lack of (Higher End) modern technology! Anyone looking for a more serious PDA will go with the 8525 or 750! Lets let the kids have there fun!

Seriously, are you going to forget recording something with Tivo every month? You can easily schedule over the Internet from work, school or call a family member to do it for you. Ok, maybe one-day I’ll forget to setup Tivo recording and after trying all the above methods first unsuccessfully, I’ll call Verizon and add the Tivo recording option. As a free application, this would be nice. But when you have to add $5 more to the cost a Verizon's EVDO (whether it be pay-per-use or a monthly subscription) I don't see the logic.

You can use an unlocked phone with Cingular.
The problem right now is that the SMT5600 has not been unlocked by anyone yet. So if you just bought this phone, once your contract is up, Cingular will ask you to switch to one of their plans. Where in that case (unless your phone is unlocked) you will need one of their phones.

Your SMT5600 will only work if you stay with your current AT&T plan that Cingular still honors.
According to Cingular FAQ, if you want a new plan, you must purchase a new phone.

Try letting the phone battery drain completly. Then let it re-charge fully, this should calibrate the battery.
Not Mac Friendly, and speakerphone is a joke!
This phone is not Mac friendly! Whenever I tried to transfer via Bluetooth with my Mac, the phone would re-boot.
And what’s up with the speakerphone?
You first initiate a phone call,
Hold the phone to your ear,
Wait for the person to answer,
Then look at your phone for the speaker option to pop up on the bottom right corner, Press the button,
And then you’re on speakerphone. That’s efin crazy.

Yeah... I got the phone too. But instead of posting a picture, answering a few questions or review it, I think it's better I just let everyone know that I got it and that I’m taking a long trip out of the Universe. Looked at the 6600 at the local T-mobile store and was not impressed! The phone will attract a lot of females (which were oozing over the phone) that’s for sure. It’s light but seems flimsy. The joystick looks and feels like a broken peg from some toy. The reps at the SI Mall are un-knowledgeable. The Nokia 6600 is availible on Amazon.com for 249.99. But I suggest you wait till the end of May. That's when Amazon post rebates for new phones. I actually got my SE T610 for free plus $100 back last year.

Looking to get a new phone and have these questions on the Nokia 6600.
1. How is the video quality on this phone? I just saw a T-mobile commercial and the video on the 6600 looked flawless.

My PC lets me know if I have an incoming call, voice message, email or SMS via pop-up alerts. (This is useful if you left your phone in another room or something).

V710 might cost compaired to newly T-mobile released Nokia 6600
The Nokia 6600 has been released by T-Mobile. And it's selling for $400 bucks. So I can imagine the V710 costing about the same or more. And the Nokia 6600 doesn't really match up to the Mighty-Moto-710 in looks.

As I posted on the Audiovox Forum... A Verizon rep that I "personally know" usually attends a training on upcoming phones (Train-the-Trainer). In the past when he was choosing to represent the store, the phone in reference is released a week or two later. His next train-the-trainer session is in late May. Spoke to the reps at the Verizon store in the Menlo-Park Mall in Jersey. They seem pretty knowledgeable on up and coming phones and websites such as this one. They said the next release will be the Blackberry with color screen and the V710 at the end of June.

Ditto! In my line of work I can't bring photographic equipment with me to work, so I miss out on the Bluetooth because the majority of phones released today have a camera built-in. Unless I can get a hold of an early model’ and am willing to pay double it’s original price, I have no choice.

Is the Verizon GETFLIX option availible on the A610? I currently monitor my pets via webcam on my LG V6000 and am thinking of getting the A610 and would need this feature.
The Vzw Store I went to to check only had dummy A610's on display.
