I have an Xperia Z, it runs on Android 4.2.2, I downloaded an app called Go Launcher EX. I set it to be the default launcher of my phone, I wanted to set it back to Sony's UI but when I go to settings > apps > Go Launcher EX, the restore defaults is greyed out. I can un-install the app but i just realized that it also happened with the other apps that was set to default.

Please stop using your speaker phones when you call in to troubleshoot your services. And puh-lease, stop complaining how bad the connection is if you're using your speaker phone.

i work in sales so if we have some prospects who need to do a credit check and failed the proccess they usualy ask a sup from the credit dept, but most of the time my supervisor takes the call for some reasons that the representative from credit already disconnected the call.. and the classic part there is my supervisor ended disconnecting the call due to the fact that we dont know what is the process in the credit ...

here's a fresh one.. got an existing cust who wanted to add a line in the account. (oohh $$$)!! i provided everything that the cust needed especially the monthly price, the two year contract, etc etc. C:why should i be paying you 19.99 a month? while youre saying on the ad that its only 9.99! M: sir the 9.99 plan extra is going to be on the messaging plans not on the data plan.. C: oh ok, well can i still pay 9.99 ...

good question.. call via phone so you wont pay for the activation fee upfront... $199.99 for the phone $?? for tax $12 for shipping and if you're lucky you might not pay for the deposit, but prepare $100 extra you might be needed to pay for dep. you'll be doing a credit check of course

here, the intercept's browser has an issue, it freezes sometimes. one of the cons on that phone

yea its more frustrating if they call telesales and just ask to have the number's elig reset! we cant do that coz we have a protocol that if the cust wants a reset, the cust should purchase the phone in TS right away.. if not, they can ask the store reps to do that from them. and its messing our stats,. were not working for handling time here, were working for conversion!! sales to the number of calls :evil:
