I can see that there will be new phones for iDEN but really when this network was first rolled out, things we have now on other networks was not in the first blue prints for alot of companies. IM, Pic and video mail, facebook, or even Youtube on a mobile phone. Text was rudimentary at best for the second gen iDEN phones. Thats right... They never have to get new modle phones and keep the same 2K and late ones and still attract new customers, and keep that old ones that are looking for the next bigger and better piece of tech for the right price.
