Cust: I have this little metal thingy and it says "micro sd"...wth is this thing and where does it go?!? Me:(smh) ma'am its a memory card for your music and pictures...it goes in your phone... I've yawned while reading the T&Cs. I know them by heart so I don't look at them when I say it. One time I yawned twice and the customer laughed and asked if I wanted to take an nap then continue. I laughed and said no I'll wait til later, reading these are as boring to me as they are to her. She laughed and said its cool if I wanted to nap cuz she would too! :lol:

If the customer is requesting to do a return or an exchange and they are within their 30 days, they need to go to Order Support. After an order is submitted, Telesales can no longer see that order. Now say they are exchanging the phone they upgraded: They need to wait til we recieve the returned phone and the eligability is reset before we can send the new phone out. We can not send out the phone they want til ...

I went to answer a call and the customer burped. I couldn't stop giggling that he started getting upset. I don't think he realized that I was giggling because he burped :lol:

IF A CUSTOMER IS CALLING IN ABOUT AN ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED, YOU GET THEM TO ORDER SUPPORT. Telesales does not cancel orders or change orders once they are submitted. So please quit calling me!!!

Care does the exact same thing to Telesales and it hurts our conversion taking 10 calls from care that we can't do anything for and only last a min.

I just talked to an Ashley Butts today :lol: I didn't even ask to call her by her first name cuz I wanted to keep calling her "Miss Butts". I couldn't stop giggling!

We're still taking calls which sucks cuz I can't sell anything. I have to set up callbacks for upgrades which don't count for anything when it comes to commission. :x

Call centers blow no lie. I've never worked as a third party so I have no idea how much that would suck but I can imagine.

I once did my opening for a call and got no reply. So I said it again and the lady what all *gasp* "Are you a real person?" me: Why yes, yes I am Cust: "Oh my gawd you sounded just like the recording!" :lol: I got a good giggle out of it.

I hate transferring customers unless its something like they need order support or tech just cuz then I take waaaaaay too many calls and accomplish nothing.

Business Telesales has sim cards right now as long as they aren't for the Blackberry 8350i. We were out of stock for months but we have had them for a while now.
