He (usually a He) won't leave you alone until all his questions are answered, then he starts telling you his life story about how he's crippled, in and out of the hospital, and wouldn't it be great if Sprint did this to make something better? You should pass it along. Sure, cuz, I have a design team that I have access to to help make a phone or a belt clip better. I'll get right on that.

Okay, I saw a credit on someone's account that was $5.00 for completing a survey... Customers can make more money than we do, especially if they give us a no! WTF? Survey's take maybe 5 minutes to complete (max), that's $1.00 per min... Can we revoke their credit if they give us a no?

Well, that's because we can not care up to 32% of the time with our transfer rate goals at our center. And if I go over that in a day, I just make sure I care slightly more the next day to make the high day wash out. There's really no incentive for me to care about these people when there's no reprimand for high transfer rates. So, what's that going to do to the new metric? I'm sure ...

Are you asking about if the time that it takes the network that the phone is connected to is 'quicker' and will speed up downloads (texts, emails, apps, etc.) on the device? Or are you asking if the operating system and other software on the phone is faster?
Just because you upgrade to the i1 from an 8350i, doesn't mean that the network is changing.
The Nextel network is the same network it's been on for a while. Sprint/Nextel hasn't upgraded ...
