If you are eligible for an upgrade go to RADIOSHACK online and get the evo for 99 bucks for upgrades...in store you must trade your sprint phone in for the 99 bucks special.

When I seen the review I had to laugh...even the n400 deserves a 2.0....People have their opinion...Most people will see all the other rating and see that the phone is HOT.

Wow to change a MP3 clip to AAC takes about 2 minutes. If that is why you are returning the phone...I mean I make alot of DDN.COM content....I can make a ringer in 2 minutes. First I use NGWAVE to cut the mp3 to the times I want. Then I save it and open it up in Nero and select save as mp4. Change the extension to m4a and send it to my phone...2 minutes...and a custom ringer...The mp3 ...
