Samsung galaxy S5 and i was downloading songs and after i went to restart my phone now all it does is just load and restart doesnt show any service nothing. How do i fix it?

is stuck on the logo screen in the power up process what do i do? Ive already taken the battery out multiple times and hit the power button when it the battery was out of it now i am just playing the waiting game for it to turn on. it wasn't acting up when i turned it off other then the back button was stuck on it? any suggestions?

yes its like if we didn't sell the phone to u through our dept don't u think u should speak to the person u placed the order with if u can actually see them in person not over the phone. especially if it wasn't at a att store, those third party vendors really mess with ppl. Had a customer that called in and has nothing to do with your dept and they keep talking and you informed them multiple times that u will have to transfer them to the right dept for them to get assistance and they just keep talking and insist that you can help them with their issue. Im In new Mexico and our center is full of a mixture of hispanics and other races. i know when i get spanish speaking calls i get frustrated so sorry to all the spanish reps, customers are just frustrating at times. most phone reps can be just as frustrating to the customers i guess we all need to see it from all point of views but still the topic is being put on hold with the customer that ...

Right, if you a customer calling in expect to be placed on a brief hold to resolve the problem you are calling in about. Don't put us on hold so u can talk to someone else the spanish q is exactly where u will be transfered.

lmao the customers just don't like to listen they remind me of small children with the intellect of a 12 year old. they throw fits like well if i cannot order the iphone over the phone then i wanna cancel my account, im not being treated fairly and so on and so fourth. if they just listen we give them other options.

I have had a few calls like that the past week. Customers calling about upgrades and then being at work themselves answering phones. Its rude and a waste of time especially if they don't end up upgrading because they all of a sudden got busy!!! annoying!! :evil:
