what quality would say, but I'm thinking it would me a coaching session for giving out a number that doesn't have to do with your carrier, and not a number your likely to find internally... just a guess.

I don't think its as much a question of can, as it is should you. When sales agents were trained at my location, they were told "you are not customer service." If a customer calls in to make changes, transfer to care. sure, they can change to help a sale in process, but don't if it does not involve a sale.

You've seen many stories of people gettine three different models of phones(rumor2, touch pro, touch pro 2) and the same issue with all of the phones? jeez.. I dont even know what to say.

high cost of the bill explained by phone subsadies? The cancellation fees are justified because you get a discount on the phone at purchase. this is why they dont apply if you pay retail price to upgrade your phone. I have never in all my time since having a phone have heard anyone but this thread say phone bills are high because of phone discounts. This would mean if I pay retail my phone bill ...

Theoretically it would, but shady stuff like this often depends on the change of ownership agent you get.

There is no way for law enforcement to track your ebay account to paypal and your bank account!! They would probably lok at your email adress and say "Sorry Asurion, email is untraceable!" And besides, Im sure after the claim is complete, Asurion deletes all information. They would never be able to see that you have x number of insurance claims and the phones are all still active on other accounts.
