as far as the money going to the lawers, your point ? the people are gettting there money back, and verizon is learning a lesson, case closed. Lawyers are not free by any means.

They got what they deserved. the artical was a little confusing to read but it seemed like they didn't fully disclose the ETF's to people. If thats the case good, not disclosing all the infomation is fraud play and simple. Every dog has it's day.

I agree also. the mark up on electronics is rediclous anyway, Most products have a 1000% mark up. HDMI cables cost cents to make and there 50-100$. I read an article when the Droid came out that was saying based on the cost of the componets the Droids Contract price was not that much higher then it's cost. yet the full retail is 100% mark up. It's just crazy

NO i agree that they're both to blame. I just, to me atleast, that Apple is trying to put a lot of the drop in service on this Iphone onto AT&T.

only reason is because Sprint Roams on Verizon now and honeslty i would be mad if i got bumped off a call because more verizon customers started using there phones. There really not that much better then they used to be, a buddy of mind had them last year and on top of him not haveing coverage when i did, they were always messing up his bill. I would much rather pay more for less headache.

yeah see that why i'm confused, i hear that everywhere. Overpriced means your paying more for something you can get somewhere else and Honestly i've had Sprint and the Coverage is no where near Verizons. you get what you pay for and Sprint is less for a reason. At&T are about the same in cost and verizons coverage is better, so i would be more inclinded to say AT&T is overpriced.

I already have and i don't. It's doesn't make any sence from a business stand point, unless the phone is 4G, and unless the antenna issue is resolved. If it's not a 4g Iphone it wouldn't even be worth looking at because one cool thing that At&t does have over verizon is that you can surf and talk at the same time and a CDMA Iphone won't be able to do that. very interesting i'm going to have to pick that up, you should check out a book simply called "The Civil War" by Bruce Catton (1899-1978) it was originally published in 1960 and is considered by many to be one of the most conclusive histories of the war.
