the koi has a megapixel camera... the 7000 still only carries a vga camera thats resolution at the max is 640*480
so the kois camera is superior to the 7000

it is my understanding that the sidekick supports java.... if this is the case, can anyone tell me if the sidekick can download an emulator and run roms on their platform?

i used to sell usc outside of chicago and moved to little rock -unfortunately- a few months ago.... ive noticed alot of usc advertising here in little rock lately and was wondering if anyone had heard of them starting up here? i think usc would do awesome here, there are no major cdma providers down here.

is boost mobile going to be put up along with the other wireless carriers? there are some pics and specs id like to know about some of those phones and i cant seem to find them under the motorola section.... can you hook me up rich?

after a rough day yesterday, pms is going through and being added on to accounts without any issues. if you have easyedge and have a picture phone its very simple to activate.. just take a picture and send it to your new personal email addy for you phone:

an associate that i work with here just recently got off the phone with easyedge que and they are having problems with applying it to accounts for some reason. hopefully they resolve this issue here soon cause i know alot of people that have been waiting for pms to come to us cellular..

me and another associate just had it placed on our phones last night and weve been using it like crazy today.. its awesome and it shouldnt be that hard to put it on an account. depending on who you are calling, it may take some time since some techs usually do not get all the updated information as the people who are on the front lines do... the easiest ive seen it put on an account today would be ...

yepp.. you can call up customer service from your cell phone or just go in to your local us cellular store/agent location and they can put it on your account for you! ive seen it work and its alot of fun.. and pretty handy as well

the store that i work at.. we have 4 associates and all of us at one point have had some sort of stalker either call us up constantly or text us wayy too much.
ive heard of some instances where security measures had been inforced to a point that policemen had been in the store while an associate was working and had to escourt them to their car and check it for bombs!

it would be a nice addition to the lineup us cellular currently offers considering the lower priced phones are handsets. im sure we wouldnt see this model for another 6 - 8 months. i wasnt too crazy for the 3100, the ringtones on it were horrible and annoying and not having a front display would drive me insane. but the soft design of this phone quite possibily make up for not having a front display. id like to see ...

it all comes down to dollars and cents.. i just found out that there is no good way to lobby for phones because providers pay big money to have phones made striclty for themselves. i would love to see the v710 be carried by us cellular and with it being carried by verizon i would say that it could be a possibilitt...... but im not counting on it.

i believe thats the direct link for the message board. its not as nice as phonescoop... its only for audiovox products. if that link doesnt work just go to the corporate website and then on the left hand side there is a link for the "Wireless Chat" part of the site. take out your frustrations from this phone with everyone else on the site!!! its a good time!!!

from the training i went through for pms (my acronynm for picture message sending) you will be able to send to our brew enabled phones... its just that you have to make sure that the right soc code is put in on their accounts. i put up a post for this in the us cellular forum.

what kind of wireless provider do you have? the phone is brew capable and you can download backgrounds and stuff from your brew service... i havent seen any other place on the internet where you would be able to do so.

the one thing i would take in to consideration is how long youve had the phone for. the 2235 is a really good phone and kyocera has a very good reputation that if you send a phone off to get repaired, you get a new phone. so if you do send it off you wont get the same one back. i would see if you can get your issues with your battery covered under warranty. most of the time ...

most of the time after you put in the 111111 then "ok" you need to put in a service programming code. the default is usually "000000" sometimes it may be a sublock code. if "000000" dont work post the esn either in dec -which is 11 digits- or hex -which is letters and digits.. i think its 8 characters long. you should be able to program it then.

samsung i would agree with and nokia... i would somewhat agree with but motorola noway! the motorola products we recieve here are pretty much junk. i havent came across any good motorola phones besides the iden ones that work with nextel/linc/boost. i hate motorola! i would recommend using two tin cans with thread before recommending them.

actually.. i think if you go to the nokia website you can download a suite of programs onto your computer. the only thing is though is that you need to purchase a data cable which runs like $15 - $25 or so. depending on your provider you may be able to download ringtones as well.
