This is truly a mid-level phone.
1st it is less than $200.
2nd it does not have dual core.
3rd the camera is 5mp.
4th 768meg of ram.

PH44100-Kingdom-EVO Design 4G-HeroS
Ok guys I have question. Lots of press on the HTC Kingdom was written and then it was called the EVO Design 4G and now the HeroS was traced back to PH44100.
So where are the specs on the EVO Design 4G if it isnt the PH44100?
Patent hungry
The only reason they are doing this is to get another patent. They are truly desperate to edge out Android since they are buying Motorola. If apple truly want to be cutting edge, do away with wire and use bluetooth or even better come up with their own wireless headset. If they did that, they could actually make the thinnest phone 1mm.
People can't do math
I love all the people that complain about Sprint pricing. So if you want to spend more money go ahead and I could care less about all the people that are not in area that has 4G.. Guess what, When LTE comes out it will not be everywhere either. So I don’t want to hear about it.

Adobe has been the main creator of programs and support for years. True graphics designers have been using Adobe and Apple products because they integrate together so well.
I guess Apple has pissed off the wrong company. I really wonder what is truly going one.

Can someone tell me where Apple products are made? With that said then there should be some rules on patents. If apple was built in the USA then it wouldnt be such a big deal.
Anyway the big picture is that Apple can sue others but others can not sue Apple. I bet if this actualy goes thru apple wont sue HTC.

I love Apple fans, it is ok to stand up for Apple patents but when Apple steals someone else patent you say foul.

Why should I go away. It is a pretty simple question. Bottom line, your locked with ATT with your Full price iphone. That is a contract. You havent explain how that isnt a contract when your locked with ATT. If I am so dense, what company can you use your iphone with sinced you are not in a contract?

No Contract and you pay the same amount per month let alone NEVER can use the phone on another network. How is that smart? I really want you to explain why you would pay more for a phone that you can never use on another network and pay the same amount for service. Contract has nothing to do with it since you are locked in with ATT. Locked phones is the same as a contract.

There is no differnce between paying full price for a phone and paying full price for severice than doing a contract and getting a cheaper iphone. Let me help you here. The iphone is locked. Apple Fanboys
This is another stupid thing apple has done. Why would buy a Locked Phone at full price. That makes no sense at all. I don't like apple but I really feel sorry for all the true apple fans out there. This just shows you how much apple has control over there customers.

Well in the past when Apple sued someone they havent really won. They always settle. All this is a PR stunt. Apple has a long history doing things like this.
