Re: Okay, Where did my Netflix App Go?
Are you getting the white screen or no app at all?
Re: AWESOME!!!!
All you have to do to get Netflix on an EPIC is root it and place 2.3 on it and then go to the XDA dev. site and download the apk that does not do a device check. Works wonderfully.
Re: Sprint 4g Sucks
Oh you mean like having the whole thing go down for a day and a half? Or do you mean like being 1 year and a half behind? Or do you mean like having no cities covered?
Re: Didn't Verizon say Windows 7 was a waste of time?
The target user has to be your business user. Having used a WP7 device and am Android and Blackberry I can tell you with confidence that WP7 smokes them all. Plus with the addition of SkyLive this OS is a Titan.
Think of all of the IT departments that are sick of having to fix blackberry issues, or Android certificates.... There is a HUGE market for WP7 and I don't think we've even BEGAN to see what it will ...
Re: Justice
I agree... However the Big Red machine already HAS done this. Remeber Alltel? Fact is Neither of these guys have grown organically, it's always been about who can buy who in the last 10 years.
Re: fail
Agreed.... anything Moto does(n't)
Re: This phone would be perfect if...
Right, because taking away the ability to multi task, giving it a complete lack of support and trying to make up for it with robot commercials would be a huge step up...
Re: Pointless
What's really great is a lot of the people who would complain about this are the same that "Check In" everytime they go to the bathroom.
Re: So...give up basically.
Wow, incoherent ramblings of a brainwashed fanboy.
Sprint has posted better customer service scores than AT&T for the past 2 years and is the ONLY carrier that has seen improvement over the last 7 quarters, according to your previously cited JD Power.
Next, if AT&T is so great why do they feel the need to block all side loading in android phones? Why do the feel the need to only offer 2gb of data to smart phones? Why are they ...
Re: ...
That's also what you said about AT&T about 8 months ago...
Re: ...
Ok fine. "Consumers are extremely, extremely ignorant"
Better?
Re: ...
....and all consumers are idiots.
Be careful how you generalize.
Re: Good News
That's smart, maybe more companies should do this....
A love note to Diamond
Dearest Diamond,
I am glad to read about your un-dying love for Sprint. Honestly I don't think they knew you cared so much. However, your obsession is bordering on stalker, and while they are mildly flattered, they're also creeped out.
So this letter is from those of us on the board that have or sell Sprint but think you're making a jackass of yourself. If you keep rambling like a madman and not listening to reason, it takes away a ...
Re: Good News
You have one thing correct. Someone who is not a very good salesperson and is a crook WILL do better than someone who is a bad salesperson and isn't a crook.
HOWEVER, a good salesperson will still do very well and is by definition honest. Crooks are not the only people who do well... it's just that there's a serious lack of talented sales people out there, as most are mere order takers.
Re: too little too late...
Don't be too suprised if this gets released early and they come out with something else in Q3. HP is no dummy and I think this is just their first offering to put SOMETHING out there. That being said, I think their biggest focus is going to be tablets.
Re: HAHAHAHA
Have you ever used a webos product? It's hands down the most polished best OS out there. Having the 1.4ghz processor is going to make this thing a dream.
The only problem even the original Pre had a was:
1) the Hardwear was admittedly crap and
2) the slow precessor.
So all that said, they fixed the processor problem, let's see about the hardwear but I think this could very a very good device
Updates
Hahahaha get used to the lack of support from Scamsung...
Anyone remember the upstage?
Hello re-incarnation....
Re: It's not marketing
Can your Honda Civic multi-task?
Re: is this true
Yep, that's what I've heard. Now whether or not it will work with the 3g side we will have to wait and see. There is a cap on the 3g, so not quite sure how that would work...
Re: Well...
Oh yeah which market has it commercially available? What devices exist for it?
Re: Well...
Wait, the tail wagging the dog?? This "Dog" you speak of doesn't even exist yet. I think you have things backwards my friend :?
Re: For the audience: when BlueCoyote is right
The easiest would be that Blue is a giant ass and a pain to have around
Re: Sounds like they are giving in?
That's what he implied. He then stated that this was NOT like that, in which one does not have a clear advantage over the other.
Re: Is that a wimax phone....

Re: Not trying to be witty
This Apple fanboy is no more reasonable than a religious fanatic on a crusade. He'll not exept reality, unless of corse it comes from Steve's mouth.
Apple Suit
I'm sure Apple owns some kind of patent somewhere that will come up if this is a success.
Re: IT&T shouldn't be developing interfaces...they should be putting up cell towers, THAT'S IT!
Seriously, if you think At&T puts their paws on phone software just wait until you get big red...
Carriers will always do this, they will never be a big dumb pipeline like you want them to be. Get over it
Re: because even
Yeah but putting dual radios in it like the Supersonic will have would be easy to do. They could run the PTT off Iden as well as other voice products and use Wimax for Data
Re: But what about the...
We get it... Amazon has the Droid for $25. You either work for Amazon or have nothing better to say.
Re: uhmmm... Sprint already has this Rate...
Oh yes and I forgot, Sprint doesn't have any options for world phones.... Try a little research before you ignorantly spout hate.
Re: I don't need accessories from a wireless company!
AHH, don't try to provide me with additional services that I might use but am not forced to! AHH don't try to do anything I don't like with your company... And you're going to Big Red?? Good luck
Re: Why these patents should be looked at.
I got a finger gesture for Apple...
Re: Cool
Well Portland was an initial launch market so the product I'm guessing is a bit more mature.
Re: Nokia is a pathetic excuse for a phone company
:o
He' won't realize that Jeff
Re: bluecoyote, bluecoyote, bluecoyote...
"I pledge aligience, to Steve Jobs, and to the world changing product he produced. One device over all, no matter the evidence against it" oh yeah "Amen"
Re: Cool
I'm in Portland and I have a buddy with Clear who is getting a constant 25mbps with bursts up to 80mbps
Re: Will this come to Sprint?
It's rumored to be coming with Android. No one has any kind of confirmation yet that I've seen though.
Re: Customer Pet Peeves
Sinister doesn't know anything other than "Ok I want you to take out the battery and wait 15 seconds... now put it back in and turn on the phone. Does that work? No? Ok let me transfer you"
