It's a management call. Its not an absolute rule. Its an option and every situation is unique. Allowing it to be a judgement call keeps the bums, bobos, and hustlers from getting a different device without upgrading or for legitimate reasons.

Not to mention all the CASH the company has on hand. They've trimmed a lot of fat internally. What you dont read or hear about is the on hand cash flow as opposed to credit availability.

Yes sir, you are correct sir! That also contained the spectrum that supports WiMAX. Gary Forsee (former CEO of Sprint) is what screwed up the merger and all the stuff he did after the merger.

They aren't leaving because of the network or lack thereof.....it was a long legacy of poor customer care under Gary Forsee. The ship has turned a lot, but getting back a person scourned is going to be the most difficult thing. That's why they offer the best deals as far as price point.

Have the infrastructure being built and in place in part. There is no way Sprint would only open up part of 4G in those two huge markets without it being fully available. I couldn't agree more. I was sure that they were going to pull the trigger on this move. All WebOS is missing is good hardware and proper marketing. I think it could easily compete with Android and Apple. It might never be #1, but I bet it would be profitable.

I think it's going to be a better PR and Marketing tool then an actual policy. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great move to offer this service, but I think it'll be more effective for PR and Marketing then an actual service that new customer's will use.

Asurion has always provided me good coverage. And the few times I've had to contact them afterwards, went seamlessly. They now offer a 1 year warranty on the models they provide as well. Or not. Its the insurance company (ASURION) that has opened the enrollment. They do it every year in March. Sprint's warranty swap policy is expected to stay the exact same.
