Wow, seems that the old saying about the customer always being right has been long forgotten. I think some CSRs forget that their callers are what fund their pay checks. Even the ones who are jerks. If i were the supervisor I would have contacted HR about terminating the offending CSR. Blatant insubordination combined with poor CS...what are they paying this guy for????

Hey guys, I just started receiving spam on my VZW phone. I have never given the address out, so i guess someone is sending it out to random numbers@Vtext.com Has anyone else had this happen? I called customer service and their only solution is to turn off text messaging, which for me is not an option, I uses SMS as often as I actually talk on the phone. Any ideas, questions, comments?

Whats up with mobile messenger here in so cal? It says the "sms network is unavailable" meanwhile i get txt messages with brew gobiledegook and it looks like im still signed on...HELP :cry:
