Out of curiosity, what more could the general population ask for? Ridiculously aggressive rate plan pricing, award winning customer service, faster Internet, and the most honorable business techniques I personally have ever seen from a wireless provider. Sure, Sprint offers a slightly less expensive rate plan. Food for thought: Cricket is cheaper then all of them. You honestly do get what you pay for. Thanks for watching!

You have to be a bit more specific. Did you get your phone as an upgrade or a new line of service? Also did you purchase your device online, over the phone or in a store? As a general rule the only way you have a full 30 day buyers remorse period for exchanges is if you ordered a new line at t-mobile.com, over the phone with 1-800-TMOBILE or if you live in California.
