flexpay, prepaid, and soem techc are is outside the US. outsourcing doesnt always pertain to other coutries, you can outsource to inside the US. So it depends on what your calling about, and what outsource your speaking of.

with facebook on their phones? its making me login and then tells me i cant do that unless im logged in, and when i log in it kicks me out when i click on anything...
also lately its been taking me to a touch version, and only letting me choose between the touch version or full version.

lol. hey theres acall center an hour away from my house and i can make double the pay, and better benefits and bonuses... but i have no car right now. So as soon as i get my car im gone from this place.. lol been here over a year and loyalty and hard work means nothing here. if you have a bad day and get acall graded from that day & get a bad score, your gone.

ive already shelled out for a new eternity, they said that i abused my phone by overusing it and thats y the screen was burned out. and ive had 2 exchanges. ugh... they wont let em get a discount on a phone yet. i jsut want a slighter discount on a phone to get a better phone.
