I don't believe that I disagreed with what you said in the least. I said that if you want to sit here and complain about them in manner, they WILL take away our phonescoop. They took away our email, do you really think that they would not lock down the forums? This is the only thing that keeps me sane some days, and you WILL take away access for all of us.

want to know how this worked for you. Hav ebeen looking at doing this but wanted to hear from someone else how it worked.
This is the most frustrating thing about Sprint...
AND why they have customers jumping ship. NO ONE seems to know where to transfer people.
Sales CANNOT do transfer of liabilities. If we run credit for a customer it will not transfer over for another department. We are told to transfer these calls to care and would LOVE to know where to send the customers. It is frustrating for us as well as the customers.

I HATE when a customer calls me, sales, and asks immediately to be transferred to technical support. Or, even better, YELLS "TECH SUPPORT YOU F***ING MORON!!!!" like the customer that I just had did.
Sir, if you would have listened to the recording for literally 5 more seconds, it would have told you to hit 3 for tech support. Since you did not have the extra 5 seconds worth of patience it took to get to the correct ...

Yeah. My sup got REALLY tired of me. "How much memory does blah-blah phone have" or "How do I blah-blah-blah" ALL DAY LONG. After about three days he finally said "don't ya have something to crochet?"

Yeah, they try that here. So I just sit there and ask my supervisor a bunch of questions all day. Eventually they allowed the crocet to return.
