Are you sure the sup approve issue is from Sprint and not from ACS. Ive works for these guys for years and in tons of rolls on and off the phones. I'm pretty sure that much of this is from ACS policys to meet Sprint goals.

Have you noticed if the transfer% that sprint is providing to our bosses is about double what we see our selfs? I blame softphone. whats your take?

I know as of a couple years ago US cell used it too. And i agree is out dated but i know my way around it well.

And to boot they keep dropping the amount you get paid per call. I've been at the above company way to long and when ABC first came out 3 + years ago, I made over $6 an hr more than today. That makes for some great long term emplyees here...

All the cust has to due is on the day of the update when they go to check there VM its gonna make them re record there greeting and set a passcode. just the same as if it was there first time.

Working in gen care I could say the exact same thing about telesales reps. Each group has complaints about other groups not knowing all the facts. I get tons of calls where the pp were total botched by sales rep.

actuly we arnt even supposed to have a cell phone in the building. were to leave them in our cars and stuff. sucks for those of us who dont drive our selfs to work.

I think what propmted this was an agent last week "accidently" tethering her cell to her work comp. she didnt do anything but the IT dept freeeked the hell out. This policy was actuly created sev years ago but just never been enforeced. I think its gonna be funny is they claim to be installing equipment that will be able to tell if we even have a cell turned on in the ...

Dont worry Im not gonna ripe into US Cell. I've been with them since 2001 in Or and still stay even though I've worked for sprint for 6 years. True data isnt the best but I cant beat the free in plans.

NO I am so glad to see a non DCS rugged unit on CDMA. If you dont need PTT dont screw up the phone trying to have DCS on it.

but this shows how to use a call waiting like feature. I took the art to be in a DC convo and change it to a cell call so no PTT needed.

How often do you get a person calling because they got an auto dialed call for someone else and now the cranky old lady that has had the # for 40 years is yelling that we have to stop trying to charge them because there with company X. come on its called a wrong number........... get over it.......
