at&t has other phones besides the iphone... did you know that in fact, my store doesnt even carry the iphone... so, except for the occasional person who cant be swayed, ive never sold one iphone...but i sure do have alot of customers... do you think that when this great prediction of yours comes true, and everyone goes to verizon to get an iphone, do you think all of my other customers will switch to verizon too?? even if they hate the iphone ...

you are so ANNOYING. go hang out in the verizon chat room and get off to the sound of your own voice... i wonder if the company's drop rate has anything to do with the drop in employment in the past year... because if you dont have a job, then you might not be able to afford a good cell phone. just a thought. oh, and i have had 7 occurances in the month of april where i have had to port someone ...

most of my customers swear that they never exposed their phone to liquid/water... but i know that while the customer may not remember or realize that they did it, if the indicater is pink/red, then yes, they did in fact expose their phone to water or liquid... to further demonstrate my point... if you take your phone into the bathroom while you shower, the steam from the water will damage your phone. that could have been this lady's problem. if you talk on ...

you are right about that...but then again, its not at&t only. its also verizon, sprint, t-mobile, kmart, walmart, the acme, kohls, mcdonalds, jc pennys... i could go on...the point is, there is no company that i have ever had experience with that doesnt try to use some type of deceit, or where the employees are all COMPLETELY informed on EVERYthing. in fact, every place that i have ever done business with could probably give me two answers or more to ...

i actually dont mind that the iphone is going to other carriers. see, if we lose a few iphone sales (well, if at&t loses iphone sales; i myself cant have them in our store) then it will give us some slack on our network. all those iphones are screwing up other customer's coverage. actually, thank you sprint and verizon for coming up with some competitive phones and thank you apple for allowing other carriers to have the iphone.

if you werent planning to go with at&t, then wasnt that entire ordeal a complete waste of time?? seriously?? do you have nothing better to do?? and no, at&t is not cheaper than say, sprint/nextel or some of the other smaller carriers. in fact, at&t has the exact same pricing as verizon. but you get what you pay for. with the smaller carrier, you may spend less, but you wont get the service that at&t can provide. and by the way, for ...

(joke; just imagine an eastern indian saying that in their accent) honestly, i dont mind indian people. in fact, my most memorable (bad) customers have all been white men between the ages of 35 and 60. they have, on majority, been bad for a majority of the same reasons...they don't trust females (its a widely known fact that if you are pretty and work in sales, then everyone assumes you must be a complete idiot.) ...

last i checked, most people that work for at&t hate the iphone, and hate apple for the fact that we make hardly any money off of selling it, and apple is a greedy company. please, i wish verizon DID have the iphone. then apple can stop screwing up our coverage (due to high useage of iphones) and all the idiots that arent smart enough to know better can leave at&t and go to verizon.

I'm a bit confused; do you have a 2-year plan already? were you doing an upgrade or starting a new line? Because with any phone (minus the iphone) you have 30 days to try out the phone and either exchange it for a new one, or cancel your service altogether. the only thing you would pay is proration charges for the duration of the month that you used it. of course, you havent even used the phone, so you shouldnt ...

on the contrary, you should switch to at&t FOR that reason...at&t customer service would not only credit it to a customer, but they can see the short codes and stop third-party subscriptions for the customer.

itd be the same as if you took a personal and paid day on a holiday that is time-and-a-half, and then expected to be paid time-and-a-half...supposing your store is open on those types of holidays.

where do you live because we are looking for employees around thorndale, pa... we had a couple of interviews, and one potential guy that we arent sure is going to take the job... did you act professional on the interview? because virtually every applicant we had showed up for the interview in jeans and sneakers. one girl discussed how she got kicked outta high school (not good) and didnt make any eye contact. and one lady wore a belly-shirt and asked ...

which i would have taken full advantage of, had i known that little plan existed...as it was, i just assumed that i would get a discount on my bill and then i fell in love with the samsung impression, so i upgraded...that was my mistake. now i cant have that plan because of my recent upgrade...boo.

So, seeing as I have been working for AT&T for awhile, and I was tired of being in the dark about the validity of the Verizon commercials that talk about AT&T's lack of 3G coverage, I did some detective work of my own. This is what I have concluded. But please correct me if I am wrong... The map of our 3G coverage is the true map on the commercials. The map of Verizon's 3G coverage is not their 3G ...

My company does not receive the privilage of a discount on our phone bill every month. Why is it that Verizon workers can have At&t cell phones and not only that, but get a discount as well? My company sells phones FOR at&t and we don't get any discount whatsoever!! When I found that out, I was honestly considering another job, if only anyone was hiring anywhere... What a load of crap.

I started working for a devision of At&t back in the fall. Authorized retail store...Come to find that we don't get any sort of discount off of our monthly bill...Yet we offer discounts, sometimes as high as 28%, for other companies. Even verizon workers receive a discount I hear...But we sell all phones for at&t but the iphone, and we don't get a discount?? Bull. This sucks.

I speak a little bit of spanish. The store I work in attracts a large number of spanish-speaking customers. Sometimes they come with a translator, sometimes they dont. My question is, if they have someone to translate, or if they try and speak a little english, should I use my spanish skills? For some reason, I get all weird and embarrassed-feeling, as if they will laugh if I pronounce something wrong... What would everybody else do?
