4 to the floor! Everytime! Basically, what that means is when you bring the phone out bring out 4 accessories everytime. Usually, the customer will not take all 4 but they at least take 1 or two! Just assume the sale! You use a car charger, bluetooth headset, memory card, phonebook transfer etc. don't you want to provide your customer with the same experience? Bundle it baby. The total for the phone today including the car charger and "protective" leather case ...

Verizon does not charge this fee! So you should actually say.... I have a question about text msging. A customer told me that there is some way that you can set certain times that txt msgs cannot be sent or received. For instance, if I wanted to stop my child from text msging while in school. I cld block the msg service between the hours of 8am and 3pm but allow them full access after that. Does anyone know if this is true and if so how do you set it up ...

If you activate a droid or any PDA the etf is now 350.00 So what if you activate a pda and then in a month do an esn change to any non pda? Are you charged the etf or what happens????

Wow that sounds very similar to way things are here now! I'm not really sure that I like it. If I am held responsibile for the store profit and paid based on a quota isn't it only fair that my reps are as well? What are the minimum goals you are expected to hit?

I have been in the wireless industry for many years and have been a sales mgr for a cpl different agents and even worked for corporate at one point in time. I took some time off from the business and I have now accepted a sales mgr position with a small Vzw agent. I am looking to change the current commission structure that is in place as well as hold the reps to a quota(yes they have not had quotas ...
