if u go with even more plus plans u have to pay full price but get to break payment into 20 payments and most of the time with the saving u get by going even more plus(non-contract) plan it will pay for its self as if u went with a contract plan

lol wow i agree every department CS, retail or indirect has ppl that shouldnt be doing this job , i would say most ppl on phone scoop know what they doing besides iboss guy. but i gotta say i have most mess up from indirect and i think its do to lack of training. or in iboss case its do to him trying to just make sell and setting ppl up on feats they dont need or ...

have u ever had customer tried fighting you over there phone.. i work in call center and have customer say they would kill,chock,beat me up, ect... so i wonder has any customer ever tried to actually do this in actually store?

when i worked collection at past job i had ppl call all the time to b1tch bout their bill or service for like ten mins and then they realized when we wasnt that company they thought we was they would for some reason hang up without saying goodbye :cry:

it would make since since tmobile customer bene using iphone for years and they were always able to get pictures messages from what i was told cause my buddy has one and when i ask if he did software upgrade to get pic he look at me stupid cause he always been able to do it for at least a year now

accents are fine as long as they know how to pronounce words and numbers.. nothing i hate more when customer is giving me their number and all the numbers sound the same....stutter makes me laugh cause i used to have problem with it when i was younger but sucks when they stutter giving u their number and they dont laugh when u tell them mobile number is only 10 digits long /;|

wow i thought i was only one that thought CAPS hurt my eyes and was annoying to read.. felt like i was back in highschool and had to read things in all caps when kids couldnt make vaild point.... not saying there wasnt any vaild point in it cause i didnt even read it beacause of caps .....wish i could remove every keyboard cap lock key
