If I go by what we did at Verizon the plans will go up. I am actually on T-mobile, that is my carrier. But I worked for Verion for about 2 years. When Verizon merged the prices did not take over automatically. Customers that were on Alltel got to keep their current plan as long as they had an Alltel phone. I dislike the ones that are idiotic, jerks, the one that thinks you are customer care but you are not, the ones that have been a customer for 30+ plus years and demend they get a phone that just came out free, the kind that make up stupid lies to get a phone. the ones I love are the ones that are understanding about what you tell them and go on about their lives. :lol:

:) Yeah, I am trying to get better. But, I bet that person felt good after saying all of that. they frustrate me to the point of no return though. Like this guy now he's irritating me. He came in and told me he wants his phone free. And he and says if he cannot get it free, I will have to pay for it for him. :lol:

My 2 friends are online based so they talk via chat. But yeah a customer got a hold to both of them on facebook. It was odd. They were like stalking their accounts. It was really odd. So now both of their pages are set to private. And one changed her settings so they cannot even get to her by name.
