It's funny that they don't tell you what the deductible is that Asurion charges if you file a claim - $169 for a 16GB unit, and $189 for a 32GB unit. :o As if the insurance isn't expensive enough! :x

I ordered 4 of them (upgrades) through the business website. Unfortunately, my experience on that site was not so good - the first order bombed, then it took me over an hour to get the other three placed and replace the first order. :x I did finally get them all ordered, though, and got the initial confirmations immediately. :)

I agree. I've gone from Storm 1 to Storm 2, with a Touch Pro 2 thrown in for a short period (using both the slide-out and the on-screen keyboards), and I like the Incredible keyboard better than any of them.

The amber LED turns green. I noticed when I was charging it for the first time yesterday, it didn't seem to want to take a full charge. After running it down to almost flat and recharging it, it took a full charge, and rather quickly. I can see that battery life is going to be an issue, especially when I'm in my office where the signal is constantly flipping back and forth between 3G and 1X.
