Hmm I wish there was a way I could have the customer call me and I would try to set it up for them. It might because of the change that happened today.

You need to create an insurance esclation about the Coverage effective date that the insurance was added to be reviewed. We can create that esclation for her and contact Pocket to update her information. Normally that process takes 24-28 business hours.

A review is different from a monitor. In December I had 6 monitors and they were completly random. I can't wait for my first review though because today I feel confident about my job!!

I got a 100% on my last monitor! I also got perfect attendence for the month of December! I also got kudus for a difficult call that I filed correctly! I'm feeling happy today!! :D

It still irriates me when people ask the question "Are you in the States?" Yes I am! So just put up with my accent and if you be nice I will not start tripping over my own native language :oops:
