did you format the card first? if not then you have to format the card on the 8600. menu>tools>memory>card memory>right softkey for the options>format..... if it does not work the first time try it again... then you have to reload all of your pix onto the card and then when you want to view them just open your pix via get it now,>get pix>myu pix...... hope that helps

you press the vol button to unlock the phone, then press the play/pause button on the front of the phone...

ut does work, but the file cannot be more then 350kb i think. i know tyhere is def a size limit. if you do a search about it you will find out....

you can assign ring tones to each caller. however u cannot give each caller a diff txt tone, then will all be the same. and u can change the cid no cid and rerestricted calls...

sofar this is the only thing i dont like. sometimes when i get a pic msg that also has audio, they do not play on the same screen. the pic will show, then it goes to a blank screen and plays the audio :cry: . this happen to anyone else??? what should i do

see what happens if u make a ringtone folder on the card and put the sounds in there and see what happens. if it works great, if not then u wasted a few mins no big deal...

it could be both, i personally have almost always had problems with moto, and almost never with lg.. they could be fairweather fans, lol....

i dont seem to be having any problems with the speaker phone. i guess its hit and miss with the phones, cuz mine doesnt have anyproblems with the bluetooth either...

during a phone call with the flip open, you have to press the voice command button (the dot above the camera button) and you will have speaker phone

u just got it last nite and so far i love it. i got the jabra bt and it works good with no echoing. also no speakerphone issue. this is the first time i was able to use the v-card feature and wow, it saves soooo much contact transfer time.... i turned off the ev-do cuz i dont use it and it save battery time (menu 0 then 000000, then network select, then mode preferance, then1x only ...

i just got the phone.. you will love it...def do the full retail, as i see it u pretty much have no choice unless u want a low feature phone, but even still you are paying over 100 dollars.. if u want, this is what i did, i added a line to my plan for 9.99, got this phone. and then wen i got home i called vzw and swapped phones, so u could put the new phone ...

i have the hs 500. volume is good, sometimes there is staic but not often. what i di notice and i dont not like is the fact that sometimes when the phone and the headset are 5 feet apart or less, is the phone diconnects from the headset. i have to go into the menu and reconnect it. anyone else have this issue and what should i do about it???

spell out the word u want in abc format, then hold the star key until it changes to the 123 setting. press and hold it again until it returns to t9, then press space and there ya go, any word u want will be saved, oh u have to send the message too in order for it to be saved

i got this phone on thursday and the s/w version is t98vz01. today i asked the tech support it they had version 02. they said the highest version out now is 4 and i have it on my phone. are these guys idiots or am i wrong??

thanks. i am leaning towards the 8100 or the 9800. ihave had bad luck with both moto and sammy.. ill have to check out the 2 new phones u r talkin about.

i have a nokia 6256i on ebay. it comes with a data cable and a bletooth usb dongle. also the ohone has been hacked with deigo so you are able to use mp3s as ringtones.

for anyone who is iterested, i have my nokia on ebay. it comes with a usb bluetooth adapter, usb dku cable, and the phone has been hacked with deigo so you can play mp3s as ringetones. please check it out and email me if u have any questions

CAN U STIL ADD 30 SECOND MP3 CLIPS ON TO YOUR PHONE AND UCE THEM AS RINGTONES FOR DIFFRENT PEOPLE. WONDERING BECAUSE I MAY PICK THIS PHONE UP BUT IM NOT SURE.... THANKS

or you can download deigo,l get a dku-2 data cable and hack your settings. i currently have mp3s as ringtones and the up button goes directly to contacts.. waiting to see what else i can do
