sprint has no $$$ to truly and effectively build out wimax, so they hope they can "hotspot" all the WalMarts in the U.S.
Data charges are here to stay and they will be capped in some way.Cable providers have even toyed with the idea of curbing the absurd oveusage of bandwith by certain users(you know who you are).

Everone should enjoy their contract priced phones while it lasts. At this rate, Phones will sell at "FULL RETAIL" and then , the customer will receive "DISCOUNTS" on their bill based on plans chosen and accounts being current.

AGAIN, stay with simpler phones with simple features and you dont have to pay. And let's remeber free WI FI in places like starbucks are there for you to use while you buy something.
Someone just tell me why cell co's should kepp having cool phones made if they cant charge for it's intended features.

Criminal? Are you kidding? No one is forcing you to do anything. Certain phones require certain plans/features.
And as for looks, etc.. Same goes for everyone who wants to look good in a monster SUV and then complain that it uses a lot of gas.
