What the "Vibrate Effect" actually does!
I've seen a couple of people on other forums ask what the "Vibrate Effect" found under (From the Internal Screen) - Settings & Tools: 6. Touch Settings: 4. Vibrate Effect - actually does, so I though I would post this here encase anyone else was wondering.
