Okay this is a halarious call I had yesterday.

Lady calls in states she was suppose to receive a phone on Wednesday. So instead of calling us yesterday where we could guarantee nexted day delivery she decides to wait ill when Friday.
So I get to the shipping page tell her Saturday delivery is not guaranteed we can request it but we cant guarantee it.
She gets mad and says I have an important call I'm expecting you don't understand I didn't mess up you people did.

I had some one do this to me it was so freaking nasty I had some one throw up while they were on the phone with me because they were hung over some lady was in the bath tub shaving talking to me. People are ignorant

It really this effin hard to answer yes or no I dont need a ten page long story about how you just got your phone just effin yes or no. I mean come on people you guys drag this ish out. And then they get mad at us because it takes too long. Well if you would just listen and stfu and do what I say we would be done this ish alot faster.

I did something like that. When the customer is calling from a corperate store we have an instore team. And we have a survey line I accidently trans the rep to our survey instead of the corporate store team. I was like oh ish :lol:

Then this idiot says well police can do it I told him because they are in the legal force they have access to that type of technology because they may need info off phones.

All I have to say is I have been with vigin mobile since they started.. And they have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I would rather break a leg then deal with virgin mobile and that's no joke they have horrible customer service... I've had to go through a supervisor almost everytime just to get my issues resolved..
And just on a side note if they say they will put a note in the account you better threaten ...

The lawsuit was pertaining to Iphone 4 customers only. And they had posted it as a top news story on here that the guy who was the lawyer in sueing facebook for the sold info was running the show for the ATT lawsauit. But like I said that was only for Iphone 4 users I guess ATT garunteed no dropped calls with the new phone. They didn't really go into details but they did later realese that Iphone4 gave ...
